This is a beautiful spa hotel with a fun pool. You must pay to use it ($25/person) even if you get services. We had a facial and a massage, which were both great. The rooms were very nice and had a large whirlpool tub for a relaxing bath. Their automatic blackout shades were great! It was very quiet and dark. We enjoyed a tasting menu dinner in their Michelin restaurant (Asador Las Abetos). We were referred to El Mosquito for a great dinner. We highly recommended a visit to this city if you are in the region.

The property has the swimming pool as the lead photo for advertising - but you can’t use the pool. it’s 25 euros an hour to use the pool and you have to book in advance. completely false advertising.

FANTASTIC Central Hotel
Ideally located close to shops and restaurants with stunning views over the harbour. Onsite parking is a bonus and fair priced aswell. I stayed in a superior double and it was spacious, clean and modern. The bar and external seating area is pleasant and bright. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff are very polite and english is fantastic. Overall a fantastic hotel. My only grumble, looking to book on hotels.com it stated a swimming pool, which was perfect. Unfortunately, only to find out at the hotel it was an extra. I didnt read the small print right at the bottom stating extra charge, i assumed it was free as it was under facilities. Now, paying £130.00 a night i would expect full use of the facilities, not the 25 EURO charge per hour to use a swimming pool. Everytime i popped my head up for the view, the pool was empty. Very frustrating but a lesson learnt for myself and anyone booking this hotel, EXTRA charge for the pool.

The hotel is ok but the staff is very impolite, not friendly, angry, upset and always rude when you need to talk to them. It’s also a hotel that charge you for absolutely everything… they do not leave anything for granted they will always charge you no matter what extra….

I loved my stay at Gran Hotel Nagari! The room was beautiful and relaxing and the pool deck was amazing. I do wish the pool hadn't been an extra charge, but it was still worth it! Staff were lovely and the location was super convenient. Would gladly come and stay again of course!

The staff was very helpful. The spa and pool was well worth it! The room was very large in comparison to cities like Madrid and Barcelona and had better amenities.

Good. Smart modern decor and clean tidy, rooms. very courteous staff, good food. Convenient downtown location at Praza Compostela, close to the marina, shops and amenities. Easy to access from the motorway from out of town and access to the airport etc. Nice rooftop swimming pool with views across the harbour. Minor problems. My room at level 2 had a view of a wall on the other side of a small atrium, whereas other rooms overlook the park or possibly the ocean. Complicated ‘smart lighting control’ system, as I couldn’t turn off one of the lights at night. Overall very good, I would definitely stay again and ask for support with the minor problems previously mentioned.

What a treat to stay here! I booked as I knew I'd have an early start in the morning to catch my flight from Vigo and wanted a little luxury before I went. In particular I chose Nagari because of the access ro the spa, which I could easily have stayed in for much, much longer.

Small and mighty boutique hotel
Fabulous staff. Very helpful. Remember everything I ask for, and provided it quickly. Perfectly appointed rooms, great location. Fabulous breakfast. Couldn’t be happier with the experience of this boutique hotel.

Overall Great Hotel; Bathroom not so great
Location of the hotel was great as it is close to the port (if you are making trips to many island which I recommend highly) and restaurants and bars which are located within 10 to 15 mins walk. The lobby is nice and the rooms are modern with all the modern amenities. I really liked the controls for lighting and window blinds which are right next to bed. The mattress and the room size were great. The bathroom is another matter. The toilet and the shower are in a separate room with a door and are great. The shower has great water pressure and keeps the water in. This is probably one of the best shower I have seen in any hotel. The placement of the sink is another matter. Even though there are two sinks these are placed in an open concept meaning they are open to the bed, There is no door to the bedroom. This is generally fine expect in situations where one is sleeping and the other wants to use the sink. There is no way to keep the lights and the noise down. Besides the sinks, even the bath tub is located next to be bed in an open area. Yes there is a blind but this only provides partial cover. I don't see any benefit or advantage for this design other than some designer thought this was a good idea. I have no idea why hotels go with such stupid design like this. They don't seem to understand that the art cannot be at the expense of function. In hotels, function and convenience are of vital importance and artistic features should take a back seat.

Disappointing in every aspect. Room pleasant but badly laid out; dominated by a huge bath, leaving a tiny and dark shower area with loo in there and basin outside. Shower leaked badly and the area was constantly wet with established rust and mould around the cubicle. We reported it on day one and were told that they would tell housekeeping. Nothing improved and on the final day I showed the manager, who expressed shock, said she had no idea it was so bad and promised it would improve (too late- we were leaving). This was a shocking admission indicating no quality checking or listening to customers. The pool is lovely but limited to an hour per day. Breakfast was 3* basic, all self service, standard packaged cereals, no personal touches. The contrast with our two earlier 5* hotels was stark. They tell customers to check out and they will sort the final bill out and deduct it later. I insisted on seeing the bill and it made no sense: the receptionist and manager gave us two completely different versions of how it was created and what we owed. I was asked to sign it but deferred until I understood it. Meanwhile I rang my bank and discovered that they had already transferred the money out of my account. We had also been told we could park, but no one mentioned a charge until the bill was produced. At this point they embarrassed and upset us by insisting that we had been told. It was a dreadful experience and I sadly advise people to look elsewhere.

Perfect location, but not 5 stars. No water in the room. Coffee capsules provided, but charged for. Swimming pool access not included in the hotel room price and charged extra. No one to help with bags. Small touches could change it to make this place so much better.

Stylish and comfortable stay in the city
Loved this modern and stylish hotel which a strong white theme. Bedrooms looked fabulous. Open bath in the room a nice feature. Staff were really helpful. Would love a room with a view next time as the front overlooks a beautiful green park and promenade. Wonder if all guests in online non hotel bookings always get the rear rooms. Seems to be a pattern.
