Hotel close to castle and train station
My preference is a shower vs a bath tub. Getting out of the tub is tricky when it is wet because you have to step over the walls of tub. The breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet. Only 5 to 10 minutes to train station.

Nice hotel. Good value for money
Very clean and quiet hotel. A little out of the way from restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Overnight stop, could have been better
The room was hot so prevented a good nights sleep and air con noisy and not very effective. Coupled with the noisy plumbing from other rooms sleep was not good. Breakfast choice ok, just continental. No boiling water to make tea. Noisy but all noise created by staff stacking plates in restaurant! We were the only ones in there so could have been done later. Would not stay again.

Not worth it.
Air conditioner not effective, wifi comes and goes. Breakfast was good. Location is central but town people seem to be sick of tourists.

Lovely hotel in a lovely town.
This hotel was far better than I had expected. The decor is modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast, but there is a fabulous churros and chocolate place just round the corner on the pedestrian precinct.

Only a half mile from Templar castle and old town. Got lost finding the Camino to walk out of town!

We stayed at this hotel while walking El Camino. Booked here in error - meant to book at the Aroi in the city centre and didn't realize there are two hotels with similar names! Good price; Nice bright clean room, located about a 10-15 minute walk to the historic centre, and midway between the bus and train stations (about a 10 minute walk to each) and to El Camino. Since the hotel was rated as 4 star, we were disappointed with the bed, which was very uncomfortable, and there was no bar in the hotel (although several just down the street). Nice hotel but it didn't rate 4 stars because of the bed and amenities.

A nice hotel at a very reasonable price
This is a very nice hotel. Updated, clean, and comfortable. Location is OK, and we were able to park outside on the street with no problem. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was spacious, but whoever designed it needs a lesson in the use of space. Although there was plenty of room, we had to climb over the bidet to get into and out of the shower. What was someone thinking when they designed that arrangement? Overall, though, a pleasant stay in a nice hotel.

Muy buen hotel y un trato inmejorable
Una muy buena estancia y el personal del hotel, de 10. Me equivoqué a la hora de reservar y lo hice en el otro hotel que la misna cadena tiene en Ponferrada y me lo solucionaron de forna inmediata y sin problemas.

Hotel céntrico. Habitación bien e equipada.decoracion moderna. Al contrario de la opiniones leídas en alguna plataforma, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente,incluso la apagamos a pesar de las temperaturas bajo cero del exterior. La habitación algo pequeña pero suficiente. Por ponerle alguna pega, el colchón era durisimo, pero eso ya es para gustos......

La habitación estaba fría al llegar. No dispone de restaurante/cafetería, lo que supone una pega. La hora del desayuna comienza a las 7:30, muy tarde cuando se viaja por trabajo. El personal muy amable y diligente.

Enkelt komfortabelt hotell i shoppingområdet
Hotellet er nyoppusset for få år siden. Rommene er veldig små. Ble tatt godt imot med tilstrekkelig god engelsk. Ingen parkering. Måtte til parkering gsanlegg 3 min. Unna. 15 min gange til gamlebyen som var sjarmerende.

Buena situación, personal muy amable y profesional, desayuno buffet correcto y variado, , el baño bien, pero la habitación que nos dieron muy pequeña, sin sitio para poner las maletas, desde luego la habitación no era de hotel de 4 estrellas aunque tambien es verdad que el precio es barato para hotel de 4 estrellas.

鉄道駅に近い。バスターミナルも徒歩圏内。旧市街へのアクセスも良好。 外観ではわからないが、中はリノベートされていてきれい。 4泊したが、タオルの交換は一度もしてもらえなかった。リクエストしないといけなかったのか？

立地について:地図がないと探せない。位置的には旧市街に近道あるなど、よい点もある。スタッフは窓口、レストランとも気持ちよく対応してくれました。メインストリートに(案内)看板があるとよいと思います。

Todo correcto, aunque la habitación no ha sido muy amplia para dos personas. Está muy bien ubicado. La atención del personal fue excelente. No hicimos la reserva con desayuno porque hay cafeterías muy cerca, incluso una chocaletería; no nos compensaba pagar el desayuno extra dentro del hotel aunque hubiera sido buffet.

太失望了！
房間床單，被褥圴未更換還有前一個房客的髮油味道，譲人難已入睡。4星級飯店連熱水壺都沒有，如何喝咖啡？

Un peu décevant
Une chambre minuscule à laquelle on ne s'attend pas lorsque l'on réserve dans un 4 étoiles. De plus, propreté à revoir notamment dans la salle de bain où la bouche d'aération laissait tomber des salissures sur les toilettes. Néanmoins, les points positifs sont la possibilité de se garer facilement, la proximité avec une artère piétonne dans laquelle se trouve de nombreux bars et restaurants et la literie de l'hôtel qui est confortable.

Hotel de ciudad situado cerca de una plaza llena de bares para comer y tomar copas. Como hotel de escala estamos muy contentos porque ofrece comodidad, buena situacion en la ruta que entra en Galicia y buen servicio. La habitacion es pequeña pero suficiente y esta decorada de una manera muy agradable en tonos wengue y crema. Minibar con refrescos y agua gratis (buen detalle). El desayuno muy correcto con buena calidad aunque algo escaso. Pero muy suficiente y adecuado. Es un hotel de ciudad y carece de servicios de piscina o grandes espacios pero todo prescindible en este tipo de hotel. Repetiria para este tipo de viajes.
