"The Basecamp hotel was the perfect location for so many Lake Tahoe adventures! It is an easy walk to splendid Lake Tahoe views, grocery and restaurants. Also an easy drive to the majestic Sugar Pine Point, DL Bliss and Emerald Bay state parks for hiking and swimming. We loved it and look forward to a return visit."

"We had a fantastic experience. The evening and day staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The view of the lake from our room balcony was incredible both during the day and at night. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed including a complimentary water container to use and take home for both of us. Warm drinks and cookies were just down the hall in the evening and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and so fun to eat out on the patio by the boat dock next to spectacular Lake Tahoe."

"Every one working here is so nice and kind! the only complaint i have is the rooms feel stale. like no good air circulation. i opened the window but it only opens a tiny bit. so if the window can open wider that would help alot!"
