The elevator and the hot tub was broken. The pool was freezing (it said it was heated). They ran out of bath towels so our family of 5 had to dry off with hand towels. The place was cute but will not be going back.

You can STOP LOOKING FOR A HOTEL IN POCONOS! Comfort Inn and Suites is IT! Run by an efficient PRO thorough, WONDERFUL Gabby! BEYOND her weight in gold. I've stayed everywhere from Trump Plaza, Hilton, The W, Hyatt Time Square, Kalahari. There, you're paying for the name. HERE, you pay for SERVICE! And with smiles. Friendliest staff,on the planet! Arthur-,made sure to give me the right light bulbs! Front Desk: The beautiful Rachel, Melissa, and adorable KiKi in house-keeping, the male staffers, ALL excellent! Helped with my tv/laptop issues, always smiling and helpful It felt like HOME. Doesn't get any better than that. Delicious breakfast, indoor pool, it's clean, quiet, safe, great location, near everything! Even Medical Marihuana (sorry) skiing, shopping, Walmart. And it's AFFORDABLE! Skip those "fancy pants" names.( I've also stayed at Motel 6 - no shame) But NOBDY beats Gabby's tightly run ship at Comfort Inn and Suites just next to Mount Pocono, Pa. Save yourself some coins and hassle of the big names around here. Forget Airbnb! Stay HERE, or just stay home! You truly can not tell the difference. Go just ONCE, you'll be back. AND you can't help but tell a friend. Best kept secret on this mountain. I'll be back SOON and I can't wait! Sad to leave my new "friends." ( except the red-head housekeeper. The absolute PITS! Everyone else? PERFECTION! So well managed, Hat's off Gabby. Girl Power! A delighted guest.....

GABBY runs a tight ship. Just amazing customer service. Like being at home. I've stayed from The Plaza, Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, Kalahari to Motel 6. (no shame) There you pay for the name. HERE at Comfort Inn and Suites, you're paying for SERVICE. Its "comfort" Inn for a reason and should be SWEETS!AMAZING front desk. Beautiful Rachel, Melissa, Security DeShaun watches over you. Arthur makes sure you have the right light bulb. Just wonderful. Hate to leave. Save your money on those "names" and stay in Mount Pocono!

I didn't like that manager dont informed guests about pool, spa and vanding machines was out of order. We have reserved room from December 30 2023 to January 1st 2024, we go to snow tubing and restaurant near hotel coming back to hotel and they removed our personal stuff out of the our room,can you imagine, we go downstairs to front desk and asking them what happened with ours stuff and room, no one have answers for us,they said will be reported to manager in 2 days, we go back to our room and stay one more night. We call Expedia and get refund.

Weather was not ao good. Got plowed in. Was woken up at 3am by a couple when I had to be up at 5am. Receptionist is not friendly at all. She asked for my card and didnt even tell me why. This was first time here and I didnt even know where my room was, nor was i told. Definitely not a location for business trips.

Room was never serviced during our 3 night stay. I didn’t expect clean sheets or towels daily but I did expect garbage to be collected & bed made. Covid is over & it is time to go back to servicing rooms.

This is an old hotel in need of updating. The room was spacious, the TV is old and doesn't have any free premium channe;s or access to using your own apps. There is one ice machine on the 1st floor for whole hotel. the walls are thin and you hear everything

Jacuzzi and pool needs a good cleaning and disinfecting. Tub in my room had pubic hair and a crack in the tub and a dirt stain in it. Property needs renovations and staff was nice but was never at front desk when you needed help.

If I had negative stars, I would give them negative stars. I went and they told me I had to put an incidental fee on my credit card. That was no problem, because they assured me that it would come off within the week that is not the case and when I called clear things up, they told me it would be off by Friday. It is not off as of this review, and when I called to ask why it was still not off, they did not give me a clear answer. I asked to talk to their manager and they at first would not even, give me their managers number or name. So far I have not gotten the $75 off of my credit card and now have to email their manager and wait for a response.
