"The only complaint i have is that our bathroom still had hair in it from previous visitor. Big ick for me, but otherwise the room was nice, hotel is clean and the breakfast was wonderful. "

"We loved this hotel. Owner greeted us and was very nice, room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant downstairs was great also. The only issue we had was with breakfast ... we gave up after waiting a half hour after ordering as we had a long drive ahead of us. Otherwise all good and would highly recommend."

"Came in to Pocatello for an interview and the front desk attendant was very hospitable and offered assistance for anything to help me be successful. Her positivity and energy was very much appreciated!"

"I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last 2 yrs. Not the fanciest place; I would say average. The staff has always been excellent. On my last visit my husband misplaced his hearing aide. We looked everywhere, but couldn't find it.I informed the front desk when I was checking out that we had lost his hearing aide somewhere in the room. An hour after checking out they called to say they found it! We were so thankful. The staff is awesome!"

"The property and everything was amazing. The only exception would be that the pool closed at 10 and the desk clerk was in on the dot at 10 and kicked everyone out. This is completely absurd and an outdated policy. "
