Location
Last minute decision to stay overnight in Pilsen on the way to Prague. Those hotel by location, review & price. The center of town has the beer museum and the old church tower & clock. The Condo area is 200 yards across the river. Enjoyed it.

Close to Centre
Restaurant and bar conviently close ... Bar staff were very helpful and accommodating Food and drink were affordable and tasty.

Great value for the price
It's very good for the price. Close to town. Decent breakfast with good scrambled eggs and all the usual continental stuff. Room is comfy, if a bit small. Nice bathroom. Staff at reception friendly and even sold me a ticket for the tram back to the railway station. However the windows need proper curtains or a blind. You check in down the road and get your breakfast there but that's not a problem, it's only a few doors away. The restaurant next door is good and has Pilsner Urquell on tap. Overall I thought the hotel was very good value for money.

For a four star hotel this was anything but. Two star sure, three star, hardly. This hotel's internet was hardly working the night I came and it went out for most of the night. That part was a little frustrating since I needed the internet to plan out my train tickets. Also it was quite hot outside and having a hotel room that lacked air conditioning was quite frustrating. I had the window open for most of the night and people were yelling outside very loud so it made for a sleepless night. Overall bad hotel and I will not stay there again.

This hotel is walking distance to every tourist spot I wanted to hit. I was not disappointed. There are though some things that you might find less than luxurious. Hotel Palace is the 4 star part of Hotel Roudne and only has front desk services after 2pm. The staff and continental breakfast is at the Hotel Roudne but it is CLOSE! The walk down the street from the hotel room to breakfast was 30 seconds. The purchasable parking isn't necessary but offered for added security and is 2 blocks away. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk over a bridge to the city center. The staff was amazing and friendly, the breakfast was a fantastic example of a European breakfast. I have stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Plzen and was not as satisfied. Hotel Palace

Serviceminded and helpful staff. Easy hotel to find, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Only things that was negative was that our bathroom was not cleaned during our three-night stay, and the minibar-fridge was not cold.

My room here was exceptionally clean and nice. The shower was nice and the receptionist was very kind. The breakfast was at a sister hotel about 100 feet away but it was also nice. A great room for the money!

Das Hotel innen war super sauber, das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und es gab eine große Auswahl, das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung draußen war furchtbar schmutzig, die Straßenreinigung kam wohl schon länger nicht mehr vorbei.

Eine Übernachtung im geräumigen Apartment
Gutes Restaurant (Steakhaus) direkt nebenan. Einfaches aber ausreichendes Frühstück. Etwa 5 Minuten Spaziergang über eine Brücke bis zur Altstadt.

Kényelmes, nagy, tiszta, jól felszerelt szobánk volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. 6 eur/éjszakáért biztonságos, zárt parkolót biztosítottak. Minden tökéletes volt.

Great staff!
15-20 min from the city center (not really close, but not far as well). Location is very calm, which was good for me. Hotel staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms are not particularly new, but were in good condition. I did not like the duvet (it was rough).

Sehr ruhige Lage , mitten in der Stadt. Ausser die Park Möglichkeiten lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Würde trotzdem , immer wieder kommen.

ottimo albergo, ubicazione abbastanza comoda
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte. la stanza aveva tutti i comfort ed era molto spaziosa. Buona la colazione, con scelta tra dolci e salati. Il quartiere dell'hotel è un pò trascurato, ma la città è abbastanza piccola e si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti.

Er zijn twee hotels van broer en zus. We hadden geboekt in hotel Palace, maar de kamer daar was erg warm en was geen airco. Gelukkig konden we verhuizen naar een airco kamer in hotel Roudna. Dat was veel beter want buiten was en bleef het erg warm. Auto kon voor 6 euro per dag geparkeerd worden op een prive parkeerplekje van het hotel. VAn hotel 10 minuten lopen naar ode stad met het poppenmuseum en biermuseum als aanraders Vriendelijk personeel aan kleine balie die goed Engels en Duits sprak en voor wie geen enkele vraag te gek was. Ontbijt goed met fruit, musli, broodjes, kaas en vlees en fruit. Ook zelf te zetten koffie en thee

Stort rum och badrum. Mycket bra val att mellanlanda från Berlin och via Glossklockner Österrike på väg söderut. Prisvärt.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. SAT-TV, (kostenfreies) WLAN und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Warum ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen würde : Der Frühstücksraum ist im 50m benachbarten Partnerhotel Roudna untergebracht. Dort gibt es 4 Tische und bei Vollauslastung ist kein Platz im Frühstücksraum zu bekommen. In meinem Fall zog ich es vor, dass Frühstück in einem Restaurant in der Stadt einzunehmen (die Restaurants dort öffnen aber am Wochenende meist erst um 10.00h).

Nettes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parken in der Straße jederzeit möglich, wochentags mit Parkuhr, am Wochenende kostenlos. Frühstück ist im angegliederten Hotel zwei Häuser weiter. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Handtücher waren dreckig, Duschtücher fehlten. Nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption wurden diese getauscht. Großes Zimmer. Ruhig. 5-10 min zu Fuß zur Stadtmitte. Preis/Leistung passt.

Super Hotel zu einem super Preis!
Check-In trotz erheblicher Verspätung reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter konnten sowohl Deutsch als auch englisch fließend sprechen (kann selber leider mein tschechisch) und waren extrem hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist zwar kein Highlight aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend mit vielen Alternativen.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage zur Altstadt
Wir waren über die Zusammenlegung der Rezeption und des Frühstücks mit dem Nachbarhotel angenehm überrascht. Das Zimmer mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war top. Sehr gut war der nahe Parkplatz und der Ausgangspunkt für einen Besichtigungsrundgang. Pilsen wird 2015 Kulturhauptstadt in Tschechien.
