This is a nice motel. Could use some updating around the property and in the rooms…they are dated but they are clean and it’s easy to see taken care of…better pillows would be nice. Door to room definitely needs a better lock, ours was very flimsy. We would stay here again as it is walkable to our fav bar/restaurants

Due to a family situation, there was no one available for check in. Also, no one at desk for check out. It looked like they offered breakfast at one time, however, that option was not available. When you are a solo traveler, you look forward to having someone to welcome and greet you. Say good morning and how was your day, just polite conversation.

This place needs a major upgrade! Everything was like back in the 70s. They had dingy bed sheets, pillows with feathers in them, and my shower had hair in it. Peaceful though.

Good hotel great location
Hot shower, good bed and walking distance to breakfast and main street. Thats what they provide and that's all I needed. Second time we've stayed there in the last 3 months.

There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, which I would expect given paying $100 for a night. The walls are thin and I could hear many people around the building. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Very easy check in/out process.

We're sorry you had issues with your TV. We know customers like to bring a roku device and change the source on the TV. If you could please contact the front desk to help you with it next time. We do wash our bedspread every week on a schedule so we don't have an excuse to why it still smelled.

My room had mold in the bathroom, scratches in the toilet seat, baseboard molding off in the bathroom. Stain on bedspread. The towels appeared dirty, only used the ones I really needed to. Would not recommend this property at all. Sleepless nights due to feeling unsafe

Property is in a good location for walking around the downtown area. Our room was very clean. We were in town for an event, and just needed a place to sleep. It suited our needs for our trip. It’s very basic and no frills. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. Easy check in and check out. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues you should request a ground floor room.

We do have coffee pots available upon asking for it. We have had some issues in the past year with other customers taking the coffee pots. But we appreciate the positive feedback!

The Hotel is in a great location downtown so walkable to restaurants also to Fairgrounds . Was very clean , only cons was no coffee in the room or microwave , outdoor landscaping needs upkeep .

Terrible property, very run down hotel. Needs renovating! Rooms smell and are very dated. After we checked in, we asked to check right back out. It was so bad we didn’t stay and they would not honor a refund.

The posting we saw in a Plymouth magazine stated there was a breakfast included. There is a breakfast room but no breakfast. Also, not even coffee in the room. There is a whirlpool room but the doors are shut and there is a bench in front of them. The room was clean but the bed was quite noisy when anyone moved. It seems that many things that went away during Covid have not come back. We expected more for $100+ a night. We might have complained but there was never anyone at the desk.

We had removed everything for our pool since 2017 so we apologies if you had seen something that we had a pool. We do have someone on site 24 hours a day if not there is a phone number out that you can call to get ahold of a manager.
