"Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon.
What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch.
Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft.
