My room was in the back near a construction site on property, Super noisy I assume that’s where the construction workers were staying no bar no restaurant was not a pleasant stay.

Hotel is offering free breakfast, which is not available because they are remodeling but we didn’t find out until we were checking in. We needed more towels room service wasn’t available until after 8am. So we had to walk to get the towels. The room was dirty we found peanuts all over the floor. Knob in the restroom was dusty and there was hairs in the restroom sink.

Unexpected charge for parking. Dumb given this is a suburban market. I passed on staying an extra 5 nights because of the stupid parking charge. Bad business idea for Sheraton... Put a bad taste in my mouth. TV did not work the night i stayed. Woman at front dest was helpful. Area has a hint of sketch being close to highways...

TV didn't work, no elevator, housekeeping nonresponsive, front desk assigned wrong roman poor directions to that room. Had to go back to front desk to get a pool view room as ordered and carried luggage upstairs while being a handicapped person with a walker. reported tv first thing in the morning and when it didn't work that evening they acted like it was never reported. Friend reported their non working tv as well.

Clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled. A little hard to navigate at first as the property is large and spread out. Only drawback is no elevators to the rooms on the second story. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Staff are really nice and helpful. My room was very clean and acceptable. There’s so much construction going on in hallways that were closed during a terrible, rainy storm, we had to walk outside around the property to just get to our rooms. Even though parking spaces were near our room on the other side of the lot, most of it was closed off for construction, and it really sucked.

Firstly after a hectic flight they give me checked in at 5 pm Which was supposed to at 3.30. They don't have rooms ready still they handover me key and I tried to open the room and not able to open it that time they were saying room was not ready. Again i have to wait for new room. 4 time i have to change the key card because it was not workings everytime i come out the room Experience was very bad
