The toom was fine but the bathroom drains smell really bad in both rooms we were in. Sewer smell.

Excelente precio, estancias cortas
Buena relación calidad-servicio-precio. La zona es céntrica y te permite moverte a varios lugares. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a pesar de los errores cometidos personalmente durante la reserva. El lugar es sencillo pero contiene lo adecuado y con suficiente espacio para hospedarse un par de noches.

THE HOTEL NEEDS NEW BEDS......
I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL UNTIL SOME IMPORTANT THINGS ARE REPAIRED. THE WINDOWS NEED SCREENS TO KEEP MOSQUITOS OUT. THERE WERE MOSQUITOS BITING ME AT NIGHT. THE BED WAS OLD AND MOLDY, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

The cleaning lady stole me and the AC don't work
The cleaning lady "Juanita" searched in my personal bags and stole from my belongings when she was "cleaning" the room. I recently decided to use a security camera for when I travel and I caught her doing that. After that I had to talk to the supervisor and ask for nobody to clean my room while I stayed there. The AC didn't work at night. It failed and shut off randomly very often and didn't allow me to turn it on again making the night extremely hot and uncomfortable. It woke me up like 15 times during my stay. The only good thing about this place was the location.

El hotel esta muy cerca de la Quinta avenida, a dos cuadras, tres cuadras y ya estás en la playa. Tiene lo necesario, está cómodo. En mi experiencia le agregaría un poquito más de detalle en la limpieza, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

That was an interesting experience. The first room I was put in on the ground floor was moldy (clealry seen on the walls and around a/c) and caused headache right away despite me leaving the door open. The receptionist was nice and gave me a different room on the first floor which I ended up staying in. The smell in the room(s) was strange, the toilet seat lid wasn't staying open and hit you in the back when sitting on the toilet. Overall, the place seems pretty run down; the towels and sheets are stained/spotty, towels gray (not white) and hard which I used only reluctantly. The pool was dirty and seemed more like a moskito breeding place than something you want to go enjoy yourself in (so dirty!) nor have your children play in there, no moskito screens in the windows, thus the room was filled with them. I had a very early morning and because of its close proximity to the ADO I ended up staying but honestly couldn't wait to leave. (Wish I took pics to show!)

Pésima experiencia
Se reservó 2 habitaciones y se notificó que llegaríamos a las 11 pm y solo nos respetaron una habitación, por error del personal de pésima comunicación entre el turno de la mañana y la tarde rentaron la otra habitación, dejando a la mitad de mi familia fuera del hotel, por lo que se estuvo que estar buscando otro hotel esa noche.

I really wanted to say good things about this place as it is very close to the beach and really good price. However, things that could be easily solved turned my stay to absolute horror. The bathroom has a terrible smell which takes over the room. The plastic cover over the shower outlet doesn't cover the hole fully. Just getting a large plastic cover for 20 pesos would've solved the smell from the pipes. The bathroom doesn't have any fan and the window doesn't fully open. This adds to the smell with humidity. Just a simple fan in the bathroom window would solve it easily. And the worst is the bugs in the toilet and the bathroom. The humidity and the open pipes add to the bugs which crawl all around your personal items in the bathroom. The bathrooms need to be cleaned with bleach. First night I couldn't even sleep. Second day, I left my room door open all day trying to get the bathroom dry up and cleaned the bathroom. But couldn't get rid of the bugs. Actually, the place is well located and the rooms are ok size. By putting ear plugs on, you can deal with the sound from outside. It's not even that expensive to fix the basics. I don't know why some simple care is not taken which the rooms can be really improved by spending less than one night's rate on them....

El cuarto tenía 2 focos fundidos y no los cambiaron que no tenían que hasta el otro día ,el baño oñha a orined, no dan shampo, si tienen un poco más de presupuesto evitenlo

Lugar estrategico, tenes cerca todo a pasos de la quinta avenida, enfrente oxxo, taxis, tenes cerca para cruzar a Cozumel. Muy amable la chica en la recepcion.Bastante barato la estadia asi que no.podia pedir mas.elejimos este lugar ya que haciamos todos los dias tours.estuvimos 7 noches luego fuimos a un all inclusive. En el lugar sirven ricos desayunos a buen precio.

Las instalaciones en general son normales, las camas son cómodas y está muy cerca de la playa. Además todos los días te hacen la limpieza en el cuarto. Sin embargo, en mi caso el baño tenia el lavamanos en mal estado, había mal olor en este y las toallas del hotel están rotas.
