"Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me."

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "

"The hotel is clean, has lost anything I would need accessible: insight restaurant for lunch and dinner with terrific breakfast included, other restaurants nearby including an excellent Italian place owned by a sweet Italian couple. I am a professional athlete so I liked that hotel is near open streets, bike/walling trail nearby, and pool on sight with gym (though the gym slightly too basic to meet the needs for a professional, it suffices). "Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. "Hotel is ideally located for the beach with a great local bar just a few yards away and a great little pastry cafe round the corner. The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned to a good standard daily. As we stayed in May, the hotel bar and pool were never open. There was also noise from traffic or services (e.g bins being emptied) in the early morning, so get a room on a higher floor if possible."

"Lovely hotel, staff are great, particularly in the restaurant. They catered for me with vegan options that were thoughtful and very well executed. Plenty of parking in covered bays. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Area is quiet and safe, close to lakes and safe walks. Beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Dropped a star for noisy aircon, mirror being perished around the edges and plastic wrapping on soap and in bin liners. There’s no body or hand lotion, no conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel. Also, I read in some reviews that the rooms have kettles, there was no kettle in our room, only two small bottles of water. "
