Fantastic location, walkable to a lot of restaurants and the stadiums. We had a beautiful view of the river. The only complaint was the hotel was extremely busy the weekend and we had to wait in long lines for the elevator. Walls seemed thin too, we could hear our neighbors alarm clock.
My husband and I left two expensive pieces of clothing in the closet of our guest room. We remembered on the drive home, called and we’re given a website to complete a form. The lost & found app customer service was wonderful but the hotel still hasn’t “found” our items! I’ve called, texted and emailed but the housekeeping staff didn’t “find” our clothing. We know exactly where it was left and it’s clear the staff stole our items. We have yet to receive a response to our last email demanding compensation. We will never stay here again and have told all of our friends the story!
Valet parking was the best, especially during the marathon!

Reservation was made for 4 guests; however there were only 3 bath towels.
Bathroom-
Crown molding needs replacing
Consider putting mirror on the sliding glass door
Great location very close to the Fountain and 0.8 mile from the GAP Trail. Friendly staff. Bike storage available. Many restaurants within walking distance.
It was super expensive, had to pay additional for parking, rooms were dirty and also the bathroom. Limited number of elevators compared to amount of rooms and had to wait awhile just to get to the main floor. Would stay at any other place, had better experiences at motels. Read the other reviews online and you’ll see what your getting into, when I submitted complaints and asked for a partial refund they told me to contact Expedia.
Wallpaper is falling off the wall
restaurant staff are rude ( food is great though )
Front desk staff are very nice.
Elevators are slow and all go in the same direction at the same time.
Parking is ludicrously priced and it's impossible to get at your car without a massive headache.
Beds are comfortable, but rooms are barely above a motel in quality
No safe in the room
Fridge isn't cold
It's all about the people. Valet lead Michael was invaluable in helping us to navigate Pittsburgh during the madness of the PIttsburgh Marathon. Desk Agent Roxanne was WONDERFUL! Very helpful and extremely funny. The room was very nice; I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The property is a little outdated, but it was clean.

Came for the marathon and the location was perfect. Rooms were a little noisy, rundown and during peak check out times it was difficult to use the elevator as it was constantly packed. The lobby bar was very accommodating to our late arrival and need for food
Your Bellhop Saur was very nice and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel before we had to leave for the airport.
This allowed us to visit the city without lugging our suitcases around.
Love the accessibility to the event that I was going for, the walking areas, it may need some updating, the double beds are too small, the staff are great, very friendly, including the valet parking.
Great location and view. Only downfall was two of the elevators were out and there was a big event at the hotel. This made for very long wait times to use the elevators, and often times they were full when they got to your floor. Normally I’d take the stairs if it were just a couple of flights, but we were on the 18th floor.
The facility was clean, staff was helpful , with that said I a special mention should be said about the valet staff , the hardest working group by far !
Perfect location as a base for attending major sporting events - on the point of the three rivers near NFL, MLB & NHL stadiums. On this occasion, for the apparent number of guests and events, they were understaffed and could not operate the restaurant at full capacity...not much sit down service in easy walking distance otherwise. The staff was great though.
