The Shower had mold on the lower tiles. Once when I was showering the water went ice cold and didn’t come back on for 10 minutes. The management responded right away and also fixed my remote since it was broken and not working either. The beds looked like they had never been cleaned under and there was dirt and trash under them. They didn’t clean my room the first day and I had to get my own towels. After the shower issue they offered to move me but I had my elderly mom with dementia with me so I just stayed in the room we were assigned

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The duvet was dirty with makeup on the hem at the top. The air conditioning kept shutting off. It was somewhat noisy. I have a true allergy to cigarette smoke. It caused me respiratory issues.

Room was good , bed was comfortable- Only thing that could be better was the breakfast and coffee are that was not maintained with food and coffee for the amount of guests coming in

we didn’t stayed there since the room had some small bugs by the windows and curtain. The person in the front desk were very kind, offered another room but I preferred not to stay. She told me she will do the reimbursement, she even gave me a receipt showing the reimbursement, but so far the reimbursement has not happened in my credit card.

This is definitely lacking quality. The front desk gentleman was nice, but I certainly did not have a sense of safety or otherwise. I had to walk up stairs to get to the first floor because there was no visible elevator. The room was so outdated and the bed was covered with someone else’s hair. The light switch didn’t work, the bathroom is small and I refused to take my socks and shoes off.

First, let's address the bug in the room. A huge one. Afterwards the entire place was dirty. Towels had spots on them. Toilet sometimes would not flush. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor snores. Planes flying over the property every 20 min. Mini bar and ac extremely noisy.

Do not stay at this property. They have no elevators to help with luggage. Lights flicker for minutes before even turning on. Bath tub does not drain and shower curtain was filthy

Aguilera inspired 'cos dirrrty. seriously, filthy
We did not stay. We walked in, checked the beds and didn't even have to pull the blankets off or check the mattress to get red flags. There were hairs, all types, on the pillows, bedspread, and wall. As we pulled off the cover, it only got worse. We hated to be "those" people, but this place was dirty. The chair had white marks all over. There was grossness all around. Plus, it didnt smell that great. . . The only plus was we were allowed to check another room, but it was only slightly better; still no dice. We are grateful that we were allowes to cancel and submit for reimbursement without too much hassle. We think because the evidence was just overwhelming. Have pics, but app wont allow to add. If this changes, will add.

I'm surprised the hotel does not have an elevator as I thought that was an ADA requirement. Front desk staff was very courteous, shuttle to the airport in the morning was prompt. The noise outside was a bit loud, but did not inhibit my sleep.
