Room was clean. No bugs. Restaurants near by. Breakfast wasn’t great but not terrible. The only problem was parking. Not enough spaces.

Don’t do it! This if the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is hardly any parking available and they didn't have any clean towels or extra sheets for their guests. The room I stayed in was the worst part. It was extremely musty and dirty. The blanket had hair and stains all over it and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub was dirty along with the shower curtain, the shower head was broken, and the toilet had not been cleaned as it had a dirt ring in it when I checked in. I could not sleep well in this room as it was very dirty. They also have renovations going on, so on Friday morning, I woke up to contractors talking very loudly and using profanity right below my window as I was on the second floor. I would never stay at this hotel again. The lady at the front desk was very nice as she let me borrow her phone charger because mine was broken and I had an early morning flight, so I appreciated that.

Room appointments were old and needing updates. The hallways were filthy and there was a bad odor in the hallways as well. The room appointments were some of the lowest quality and there were signs of extensive use without clear structural renewals as one would expect. Had the sense of neglect throughout the property. Would not stay again.

We had two days of no room service, no clean towels, or trash emptied. Parking was terrible. We came down one morning for breakfast and it was 7 am, there wasn’t anymore eggs and we asked about them and the lady that was doing breakfast said no more eggs I don't know what to tell you. When we come back to PA we will not be staying here again.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Room service is only conducted every other day for guest who are staying over, rooms are refreshed everyday only by request by the guest. Breakfast is over at 10 am, if the hotel ran out of eggs. They would have been waiting to be finished cooking before being served. Thank you for staying with us.

Coffee was really good. Check out rep was very pleasant and professional. Bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. Toilet in room needs a thorough scrub. Inside night stands were not clean.

Although an older Franchise, the property strives to be clean, convenient and affordable. It has a slightly smaller and somewhat outdated rooms . But the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. It is easy on/ off the highways and close to the airport.

The walls were a little thin, & the neighbors around my room were a little noisy. But the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The hot drinks were separated from the breakfast area which was strange. They did not a variety of herbal teas which I would have enjoyed.

Staff was exceptional. Everything was clean. Rooms are recently renovated and nice. Hallway carpet was dated, but hallways were clean. They need more tables for breakfast, but liked that they serve from 4AM -10AM, very nice for those catching early flights!

The building is quite dated. Seemed clean but was masked by heavy air freshener smells,old elevators just some things run down...staff was great tho they said we had booked only one night and our reservations showed two as was supposed to be. Didnt stay 2nd night..too uncomfortable a setting.

Staff super helpful. Noisy late at night and we could hear people peeing in next room, not something we expected. Handicap room was a long way from front of hotel, and walking is hard for me which was why I requested it and thought it would be a short walk.

I specifically stayed at this property so that I could access the airport easily with their free shuttle. I scheduled the shuttle for 6am On Friday at 830am, we reserved 2 spots on the free van ride to the airport on Saturday to depart at 6am. At 5:55 am, we were down in the lobby and there was no one around. I tracked down the front desk worker at 6:05 (outside smoking with his buddy) and he said the driver would be coming down any minute. At 6:12, there was no sign of the driver. At 6:15am, the front desk worker called the driver and then told me he had a "situation". No other explanation and he "should be arriving at 6:45. There was no guarantee, no explanation, and no apology. At that point, I told him I had a "situation" too. My "situation" was that I wanted the ride I was promised so that I could make it to my flight on time. He didn't respond and walked away to continue having a smoke break outside with another employee. I had to scramble at pay almost $30 for a ride to the airport and arrive 45 minutes later than planned almost missing my flight. Never again will I stay here and I need to travel to Pittsburgh often over the next few years.

The room was okay, bed was not the most comfortable. We were a few rooms down from the exit for smokers and people to go out at night. This affected our sleep greatly as the door slammed when it shut. The breakfast was decent and the lady that checked us out was very polite and helpful. The shuttle service and parking accommodations were qiute helpful. You can park there for up to 10 days versus paying outrageous prices at the airport. We paid 40.00 for 6 days.
