Conveniently located to a number of dining options. Aside from a typical breakfast buffet in a nice setting, there was no restaurant or bar on site. I was surprised as I read that that feature was popular with guests.

The staff at the front desk were extremely nice. They were very helpful to accommodating us as well. The hotel room was very clean. Even though the breakfast area was very busy in the morning (it was a weekend stay with a Pirates Game) the staff kept the food available. Very nice stay and would highly recommended!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The girl who checked us in was super friendly and helpful ! The pool was warm and refreshing! The guests were also very kind ! A lot of kids played together in the pool! The rooms were very clean and were a great size and my name on the tv screen was a plus ;) I plan to stay here everytime I come to Town. Also super close to restaurants .. and secluded enough for quiet!

The room and property was exceptionally nice. Our only complaint is: We booked the room while driving. We were about an hour away when we booked it. Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 5pm with the need to freshen up so we could get a bite to eat then get to a 7pm meeting. The room was not ready. At first they tried to “downgrade” us from a suite with a separate bedroom to an open suite room. This was not acceptable since we were traveling with my sons 12 year old friend so my husband and I needed a separate room. They were able to “rush” us into a handicap accessible room that didn’t have towels stocked yet. We said that was fine (not sure why they couldn’t put towels in it…makes me wonder if the room Wasn’t cleaned at all and someone ran up there in the 15 min we were waiting to make the bed and change the trash…the bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopping. We never received any towels during our 1night stay—luckily we were right next to the pool room and were able to grab some pool towels to get us by.

Good location
Good location- close to Walmart, Costco, target and The Mall among others. We stayed in one of the suites, the pull out couch and pillows were a bit dirty but the rest of the room was clean and big enough. Great to have a full fridge and kitchenette with the basic amenities. The shower spout wasn’t working though so the shower was a bit tricky. Breakfast was nice to have- different food during our 3 day stay (hot food, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels). We would stay again.

The room was filthy. The bottles in the shower- empty. The bed- missing a sheet- no blanket- instead- a mattress cover. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets, thankfully we at least knew those were clean. When we asked the front desk for more towels- instead of offering to bring them to us- they told us they were in the dryer and to come back in 45 minutes. The corner of the kitchen had popcorn kernels on the floor. The dishes were dirty. Just felt very gross when we left.

My second stay at the property to be exact. It's location is great! Really close to plenty of shopping and dining options, close to the airport if that is required. Not exactly close to the sites in Pittsburgh but the price has been perfect and getting in and around Pittsburgh is something to get used to. Still, not bad at all. I've been very satisfied and other than maybe an airbnb type thing in the future, this is my go to.

The only thing that made this stay ok was the lady working the front desk when we checked in. Everything else was BLAH! We picked this based on the 9 stars. Stains everywhere, cold showers, didn’t have our second room available at check in. Pool area hot & gross, no towels. Paper thin walls to the point we could hear people peeing above us. Wouldn’t stay again or suggest.

Paying nearly $175 for a one night stay and waking up to find that there is no hot water in the shower made this a very disappointing stay. And having one elevator of two that won’t go to the 1st floor was very frustrating. A clean bed and a hot shower should be the bare minimum that any hotel should ensure are available to guests and this hotel failed that basic level of service. No discount offered, just some token Hilton Honors points.

Only downside was the room was not ready for when we arrived and even after 3 hours from the stated check in time when we arrived at the room finally the floors were still wet and the dishwasher was running. Would definitely stay again but their scheduling/staff needs addressing.

I spent six nights here to attend professional meetings, and the suite was WONDERFUL! VERY spacious with a full kitchen, a HUGE bathroom (handicap access), and a comfortable living room-bedroom. It was a GREAT place, especially since it was much cheaper than a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.
