This is a beautiful property
Sits on tip of mountain so you have plenty of views of near by area. The rooms are clean and quiet. My service animal was treated with respect. The staff was amazing!

Gross! Reserved a nonsmoking room only to spend a night in a room that smelled like an old ashtray. The bathroom fan didn't work and the ceiling had mold. The bed was absolutely horrible. The only redeeming quality was the staff. Not sure how the Expedia rating was a 9/10.

Über ein sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr nette Bedienung während des Frühstücks hinaus, gibt es außerdem im näheren Umkreis des Hotels die Möglichkeit noch ein Abendessen einzunehmen.
Very convenient off the freeway. It was very clean. I did not like how breakfast was set up. I prefer a traditional buffet style but here you have wait on a server.

Excellent staff. My card was Charged twice and it took a while for me to get a credit and several phone calls, but overall very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again there.

Bobby at front desk is amazing and even got us adjoining rooms and found my moms lost hearing aid. The attached restaurant- Jackson’s - was really excellent!

We were disappointed in this Hilton stay. Upon arrival a drunk patron was flirting with hotel staff one of whom appeared drunk herself; they were loud and inconsiderate. Further we were woken up in the middle of the night by other hotel guests running in the hallway shouting and disturbing our sleep. We attempted to call the front desk after this went on for a while because it was increasingly disruptive but none of the lines via the hotel phone were usable. Our shower also had black mold and leftover hair in it. The cleanliness was not what we’ve come to expect from a Hilton hotel. We would have loved the opportunity to discuss this with hotel staff in person but at check out our keys were taken and we were dismissed. We’re shocked the hotel has such high ratings!

I don’t like the served breakfast which I have to wait for sometime to be served. I’d rather like to have a buffet breakfast where I can grab it and go. No waiting time.

We had an issue with barking dogs our first night there, it was somewhat corrected. The faucet in our shower didn’t work correctly. We related that to the front desk on our way out. This is really the first time we had issues with this property.
