We were not provided proper timely room services. (Our room was scheduled for maintenance on alternative days; however, our room was never properly serviced. Our bedsheets were never changed, and the room was not properly cleaned. One of the days, In the morning the staff assured that our room was scheduled for maintenance, However the very same day upon returning back to the hotel, the room was not serviced. The garbage, the bedsheet, the bath towels, the tea and coffee nothing was replenished. Ultimately, we had back and forth communication with the staff to get our room serviced.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and quiet. Lots of local shopping and restaurants- very convenient. Only downside is no breakfast. I would even just appreciate it if they had coffee and water out

Property is nice, clean and convenient. I found it noisy as I could hear the guest in room over really clearly and it kept us up. Also, we were on the 5th floor and planes flight directly over the hotel. It’s really loud and disturbing. Also, paid through a third party app online and the front desk tried to charge me for the stay. Employee was confused and not attempting to double charge me. Place is really well located and clean. Other than noisy, room was fine.

very friendly staff and the rooms and building have a good vibe, decor and design - bartender in the lobby was very friendly and the food was very good. On a weeknight, the bar was filled with lots of folks who looked as though they are traveling for business. Apparently the fitness center is 24/7, which is cool but I didn’t use.

The rooms were a nice size. The place was clean. I like they had a microwave, frig, and a keurig coffee machine in room. Only issue i had was no complimentary breakfast was available. You had to pay 14.99 fir breakfast. If i knew that i wouldn't stay there.

Overall Good Stay
Clean rooms, coffee maker, and bathroom. Male front desk clerk is a little blunt and matter of fact but not rude; just seemed a little annoyed I asked about in-room amenities so I could buy any extra drinks, etc. Would stay again.

Not my “preference “
I booked a room with two queen beds as always. I was given a room with one king. I returned to the checkout counter and was told that my 3rd party booking was only a “preference” and that I had to stay in that same room and use the hide-a-bed couch. It was barely a loveseat and after pulling it out, I found trash and dead bugs. (NOT bedbugs though) We we’re given two breakfast vouchers but I would have rather had a good nights sleep. My son and I are really big guys and it was not comfortable at all. This has never happened before and I hope that it doesn’t happen again.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. One star off since they took out their vending machines. They have an area by the front desk that you can pick up snacks. However, they are extremely overpriced. $2 for a pod of coffee, $3 for a candy bar, $6 for an ice Dunkin can.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Close to a lot of shopping. Also, the staff are very friendly here. Would definitely come back!
