We had several issues checking in and we werent able to use one of the TV's due to no internet connection ( they were supposed to come up and fix but never did ). The room was great other than that, very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly.

Property was nice, but fire alarm went off for 15 minutes at 3:15 AM apparently due to a dryer vent not installed correctly. No communication from anyone, sub-zero temps outside. And then no discount offered on $150 room + taxes/fees. Very, very unhappy with treatment as customers.
