"Hotel room was large but very old- so you could hear others in the hallways, doors closing, etc. only major complaint was that I was assigned a room, and went to the room to find it occupied. Made me a little uncomfortable since I was traveling with my 2 year old. The area didn’t seem the safest, but the hotel seemed so. Large breakfast with a lot of options and coffee was available in the common area 24/7. "

The suite style made it possible for her to get glammed and me to eat breakfast and get ready at the same time. The Walmart market across the street is great for fetching a little snack or drinks. "My family and I went for my sons’s college graduation @ ECU. Thank you for having an area with a photo backdrop for the graduates. I reserved two king rooms and requested a rollaway bed which was waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Snacks by the lounge were a little pricey. We did enjoy family time by the fire pits in the courtyard as well as the onsite restaurant and bar. "

"Told staff I rain water dripping from window, curtains were wet and water on the floor. She said she’ll come look at it. She never did. After ignoring it for hours, I had to report it to her again. When she finally came, she placed a couple of towels on the window seal and floor and told me maintenance guy is on vacation. She did not offer me an other room. "
