Best B&B is Pitlochry
Great B&B in Pitlochry. The hosts are very nice. Easy walking distance into town. The breakfast was very good.

Great guest house
Our stay was amazing. Karen and Gerry were llovely people and put us so much at ease. Rooms were lovley, everything we needed. The breakfast was so delicious. Would go back in a minute.

Beautiful old building, really nice host who takes pride in his occupation. We had a large room at the front. Nice front garden area. Would definitely reccomend.

Etape Caledonian weekend away
Karen and Gerry were perfect hosts, very friendly people and Gerry even got up early on the day of the cycling event to make everyones breakfasts, the room was very clean and I'll definitely be staying here again

Karen and Gerry were very welcoming and the place was spotless. Very comfortable bed in a good location a short walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Breakfast was lovely and catered well for gluten free.

Lovely friendly B&B
We had a 1 night stay, was in Pitlochry to visit the Enchanted Forrest. Gerry was a lovely host, at the door to meet us when we arrived, very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable stay, with lovely breakfast- we will certainly be back.

It was a nice place and staff very helpful. The room was a bit dark, the sound quality of the tv was poor and didn’t work properly. They were very accommodating to my child whom we had to bring at last minute.

A gem in Pitlochry.
Great little town surrounded by great walking trails and a very informative center on water power generation. The Annslea B&B is a very comfortable spot a short walk to the train station and fine dining. Karen and Gerry are great hosts.

Gerry and Karen were phenomenal hosts! Love the anecdotes and the warm welcome. The house is in an AMAZING state of repair and the room was beautifully appointed, including a very comfortable bed. Everything in Pitlochry is within walking distance and that’s a huge benefit as this is a lovely Scottish town.

Comfortable and pleasant stay in pitlochry
The guest house is in an ideal position very close to the town and easy to access. The bedrooms are of a very high standard and comfortably furnished. The en suite are very clean and well provisioned. The breakfast room like the bed rooms is light and airy. A good nights sleep and lovely breakfast made for a great stay. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. I fully recommend the guest house and will be back at some stage in the future.

This was the perfect place to stay. Well within walking distance of restaurants and bars as well as the train station. Karen and Gary were wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. Highly reccomend.

My daughter & I were staying in Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forest. Annslea is very conveniently located to the centre of Pitlochry, is comfortable & in keeping with it's character. The owners are friendly & the breakfast was delicious! Would stay again.

Quintessential Scottish Hospitality
It's definitely hard to put to words how warm and welcoming Karen and Gerry are. They reached out to us with a personal e-mail as soon as we booked the room. This was two months in advance! Gerry even welcomed us personally that late evening when we finally made it to their hotel. He was very cordial and informative. His suggestions for travel destinations (local and country-wide) were exceptional. Karen gave us a lot of great tips for local must-see places the next morning when we checked out. They were both so welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything about our stay was excellent: the cottage, the breakfast, the service, and the local area. Hazel was very thoughtful and made well timed checks on us while we had our breakfast. We really wish we had planned to spend more time in Pitlochry. The town was quaint, pretty, and reminiscent of how I imagined countryside villages to be. It's almost as if you stepped back in time. It's no wonder queens Victoria and Isabella visited the place. Pitlochry is a must revisit and we’ll make sure to book Annslea again.
