Convenient location within 10 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa and cathedral. There is no service/staff so to speak because there was no reception. Found it a bit odd that coffee & tea were communal (no milk…) and luggage storage is in the corridor monitored by a CCTV. But the rook was fine.

The property has a very unique charm and it's located 350m walking to the leaning tower, it couldn't be more convenient. Prices are good for the area. Our room was reasonably sized and was only missing a desk to be perfect. The toilet was quite big as well. The building is quite old and you can see it in the rooms but it's actually what attracted us. The furnitures are also chosen with good taste. There was a full sized mirror in the room, the only real negative point was the slowness of the wifi, maybe because of the distance from the router. We also appreciated the presence of a coffee machine with capsules in the common area.

Good management of property
Everything was automated but all were taken care of. Well done to the management. Great location - near to the leaning tower. Negative - the building is on a busy street so you could hear noises from partygoers till the middle of the night and cars noises early morning.

Great place in centre of Pisa
We were apprehensive as the desk isn't manned. Everything worked perfectly with entry codes and key was in our room (Camera) door. Lovely large en suite with 2 rooms. Bottle of water and small carton of juice in room, mosquito plug in machine and spray. Centre of Pisa with lots of restsurants. Flagged down taxi for airport Euro 20, was Euro13 from Pisa Centrale sation. Loved our overnight.

TimeOut ~ dishonest business practices…. We received reservation confirmation from Expedia. Our funds were processed directly through TimeOut, and when we arrived we were told that our 4-night reservation was cancelled. After much frustration we came to learn that our room was probably rented out to tourists who came with cash. We were 'ghosted' by the hotel, and are now in the process to obtain our refund through our credit card company.

Great value, great location
This was a great find. We had an enormous room with adjoining twin room we didn't even need. If you travel as a 4 this is an absolute bargain. Room was clean, comfy and near everything you'll want to see in Pisa. Check-in was relatively easy but the instructions went to my junk so check here. I called the host who quickly sent the details via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I had plenty of space and a great view of the park in front of this hotel. My only suggestion would be to make sure you check your email for check-in instructions prior to arriving. I did not receive an email with instructions and I had to call stuff twice to be able to get access to the property. I really appreciate the assistance and the person who was able to communicate with me in English. I did have plenty of space in the room and I felt safe. I also enjoyed the water and juice left in the room. The small details always matter.

Great location and comfortable
We had a lovely long weekend in Pisa, Time Out is in a great location near lovely restaurants and a few minutes away from the main attractions. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good in the summer heat. The en-suite bathroom was clean and practical. Overall, a great place to stay.

The hotel was horrible at communicating and canceled our booking without properly communicating. They asked us to call them 2 days before the booking and when we called they asked us to call again next morning only to see them sending a text saying “booking cancelled”. So I called them again and they just told me it’s canceled and booking is full then hung up immediately. Disgusting service. Digusting

We never received an email with check in instructions or a code for the key pad so check in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been , however the place was immaculate the location is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious with amazing air conditioning we would definitely stay again !!!! Jam bell bar does the best panini we have tasted and he was super helpful calling the owner for us on arrival

Stayed first week of may, great location, close to leaning tower of Pisa, piazza nearby, restaurants . Room and bathroom was clean . Old style property , authentic Italian. Only downside I tried to get a transfer from airport but correspondence was practically none existence. Tried messaging numerous times. Other then that I was happy with my stay there .

I got there and was told that I had no booking and that my card was not valid . In a way they made me a favor because I got a better hotel right in front of the tower.

The hotel is in a good location. Walk distance to the most interesting places in Pisa. The hotel has access to hot and cold water so you can easily drink hot tea or coffee. The room was old and not well maintained, but clean and had a TV. Bed very uncomfortable. View of the streets but a very nice atmosphere.Shared bathroom was clean and we didn't have to wait long in line to use it.

Amazing! A real pensione....What a find!!!
Wow!!! What a find! an old-fashioned Italian pensione like there used to be so many all over Italy before airbnb greed, mass tourism, etc killed them all. Or so I thought. This one was incredibly well-located, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished (quite a change from the cookie-cutter Ikea-furnished tasteless rentals thst seem to be the new normal! Bravo and grazie to Time Out

Perfect location and spotlessly clean
Rustic and original feel to the place. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely view out onto a square where there were a couple of bars and a mini supermarket. Don't be put off by the shared bathroom.. Its spotlessly clean... location is 15 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Ideal location and great value for money..
