Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Was surprised by the hotel stating it is a Luxery site, before they do renovations. My room was dirty in areas, bathroom and balcony. AC had a flashing blue light that continued all night. AC blew straight over my head so I had to keep it off. Surprised to find that the restaurant and bar was not open. Check out states 11am. I had to go out for breakfast approx 8:30 and came back an hour later to find that I was locked out of my room. I had taken my bags to the car, but had my keeps and was going to try to rest before leaving out to drive 4 hours home. Not one free according to some people that stayed at the hotel so they stood out on the balcony smoking. I know this is hard to control, but it sure is hard on a person likee that has never smoked and has allergies, which includes cigg smoke. After not being able to sleep on an unusually hard bed with hard pillows - not Luxery at all, I did not sleep well and especially with this blue light on the ac unit flashing constantly. Over priced for sure for no more that what I got. Not a comfortable stay at all for trying to do a quick get away. I stayed here in the past and loved it. The owners may be working on a change, but you can't honestly jack up prices on promises for what you have promised in the future.
