Upon walking in to the room it smelled from stale smoke and musty. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was another story. I couldnt even take a shower it was so dirty. Plus they had a moldy shower mat in the tub. The tub was a step up to get in but I am disabled and cannot step up that far. My husband was giving me hints on how to shower. I told him it was discusting. The toilet paper holder was all rusted and falling off the wall and under the sink there was obvious black mold growing from under the paint job. The shower curtain rod looked like it had been broken from the wall and they tried to fix it. The shower head had mold on it. The water also smelled funny. I took pictures but I dont think there is a way to upload them on here. Just dont stay there. I always read reviews and for some reason I did not this time..My fault.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I believe you have us mixed up with another hotel. The room you stayed in is a newly remodeled room with a shower only, not a tub. There is no mold and no rust, as everything is brand new.

They are remodeling the units and we got to stay in a newly opened one. It was very nice. The staff was super helpful; I needed a needle and thread and they had small packets to hand out. Saved a missing button in an important visible place! The breakfast choices were very good - hot items as well as cold. Nice eating area. would stay there again if in the area. Nearby diner was a great place for an old fashinioned diner meal too. only thing I would suggest is for the pool tiles to be cleaned. Otherwise the area was good; lots of towels and good temperature, air and water.

I’ve stayed here many times in my way to and from New England and the staff, service, and experience is always great. The complimentary breakfast is also always very good and offers many options. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through the area.

It was an amazing experience. We stopped there on our way back from Florida and were exhausted. The staff was incredibly nice to us and our kids, and the rooms very comfortables. There is also a nice diner just in front!

The staff wrre friendly. The Hot Chocolate bar that greeted us when we arrived was delightful. The room was clean with decently high ceilings and plenty of lighting. The bathroom was well furnished and we even received complimentary toothpaste when we realized we had run out. The water pressure was better than we are used to. Breakfast was hot convenient and tasty.

The staff was super friendly, which was great because we were very tired from being on the road. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the holiday decorations. The room and hotel were clean. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 only because the breakfast area was a bit small and a little awkward. The price for the room was really good, and I would definitely stay here again.
