Room had great potential was very updated. Just lacked in cleaning. Towels were dirty and stained floors were dirty and dusty. Turned ceiling fan on and blew dust everywhere had to clean the bed before we could get in it. Parking was a nightmare had to park in the bank parking lot but there’s nothing they can do about that no room for any improvement. The guy at front desk was polite but very low speaking had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Never seen anyone else until checked out. She said thank you. So really can’t say anything about the staff.

They are still remodeling since our last visit in January, the new rooms and the building are looking great. The owner and staff are so nice and friendly. As many times as we've stayed here, it's within walking distance of so much, we still have places to visit on our future trips. There's many good restaurants within walking distance as well. The beds are super comfy and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be the poor elevator that's going to need some work one of these days, it's a little sketchy.

This property was in an excellent location on the strip. Walking distance to the island and many many other activities and restaurants. We got the 3 bedroom for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Where else are u going to find a 3 bedroom hotel? And for the price was a steal. Older motel, they did do some upgrades and I found the room to be clean and tidy with no bugs, no issues everything worked for us. The outside of hotel could use some work, the indoor pool was open but kinda small always a lot of people. Pool was open til 12 midnight I thought was great compared to other hotels. Parking is limited, this place could definitely use more parking. I would absolutely stay again and recommend if you’re looking for clean accommodation for a night or two for a big group this works. Don’t expect anything more than what you paid for. All staff were friendly and nice. Check in and check out was a breeze, took less than a minute. Don’t hesitate to book, if you’re trying to save money on accommodations while in pigeon forge this place is for you. We were able to take all the extra money we saved and do a lot more activities with the kids. We only used the room to sleep at night really.

Disgusting! First room had poop and blood on toilet and the doors and baseboards were badly damaged. Second room had blood on the bed and a hair on the sheets and blood on toilet. There was a gross plunger in the bathroom. Random fridge in open corridor. The elevator said for emergency call 911 or Bert (and listed his number). The bathtub for awful and thr level of dust dirt on vents I have never seen before. The last straw was yellow stains on the pillows. I asked if this was normal and was told They are working on renovations but my Mother in laws room had been renovated but wasn’t much better. The floors in the rooms were super sticky. I showed the front desk the pictures but they didn’t have anything to stay! I asked for a refund and was denied due to booking through Expedia but Expedia said there wasn’t an option for a refund per the hotel. So we are out that stay and had to find another hotel last minute. It was very stressed! I would not let my dog stay here!

Feb 2024: The location was perfect (within walking distance to most attractions and places to eat.) The gentleman and lady at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Our original room was not what we expected and had a few issues. I think they are in the process of remodeling. However, when we asked to move rooms, the lady was very nice and helped us move to a different room. The 2nd room did not have any issues and was a nice place to rest for the night. Great price, great location, wonderful staff!

Room was very spacious, but needs furniture for sitting. Tub worked well and was relaxing however the television did not work and rooms are very dark, needs more lighting. Telephone did not work in the room so was not able to notify hotel staff had to go down to front desk and explained to manager about the issues, he stated he guessed tv was completely broken and needed to be replaced and would send up maintenance. Nothing was fixed during our stay but for the price it was a good room just the amenities are not as stated in the room, however as it is close to a lot of attractions in the area, so it was worth a little inconvenience. Front Desk Staff is not very friendly and very off putting during check in, manager/owner did not seam to be bothered about the legitimate issues with the room complaints as nothing was fixed during our stay. Housekeeping did come in and leave fresh towels etc which was very appreciated. Overall it was an ok stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Sink in the bathroom was leaking. Used towels to dry the floor, once we returned at night we went to the front desk for towels and the office was closed. Called the phone number provided on the door of the office and we were told no one was onsite to be able to fix the leak or give us towels. Called multiple times and the person hung up every time. Then they blocked our number so we got their voicemail. Finally after calling another phone number we saw in the elevator someone brought us towels. How does a hotel close their front office? This makes no sense.

We always love staying here, the price is well worth is, you're right on the strip to many places and a short walk from The Island. There is plenty of shops, attractions, and restaurants in walking distance. They are currently remodeling hotel little by little, the indoor pool was temporarily out of service when we went. The elevator definitely needs a little work, overall it will always be one of our go to hotels, we have never had any issues with them. The housekeepers are always the sweetest.

The hotel was in very bad shape. The couch bed was not usable due to mold and mildew the price we were charged was 3 times the rate abvertised. We had house keeping beating on the door an hour before checkout. Would not recomend.

Convenience is the only good thing. Rooms were spacious for the 5 of us but the bathroom was literally like a shoebox so so so tiny. Everything was dirty. I soaked the bathroom in bleach the counters everything. It was gross. Highly do not recommend.

hotel is very old. room was run down and in a state of disrepair. location is close to the islands. stuff like luggage carts and old items were just left around the elevators and other open areas. wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is slowly being remodeled. Old old broken down clothing carts and wooden pilots in the very small loading / unloading area. Room was very clean, but needs lighting such as lamps, one side of the king bed didn't have a light, but a hole for one. We would stay here again after the remodel is done! Location is great.

Property is in poor shape. We were in room 201 on November 9, 2023. The mattresses were heavily stained on the sides, our sliding window was stuffed with toilet paper to prevent air leaks, the HVAC grill was damaged. Inside the bathroom was damaged and or missing back splashes and a large hole in the wall inside the foyer. I had a low expectation to start with but this was sad to know staff would allow a guest to stay in this room. Wish I could attach the pictures I took. Kevin Easter

I’ll give them a 100%
It was in a great location everything was close by.Our room was clean beds were comfortable and clean sheets we had no issues the whole 6 days. Housekeeping was on top of things and very friendly. ALL front staff was amazing and friendly every time we go get coffee. It wasn’t a HILTON INN but it was perfect for us and I would return back again. I even meet the owner and he was a very nice man. Thanks for the nice stay and hope to see you guys soon!

Our room looked like it was being remodeled and they stopped in time to let us stay. There was light fixtures missing. The knob in the tub so loose that it was turned the wrong way for hot/cold. The shower rod was loose as well. There was mounding missing around the bottom of furniture fixtures. The sink leaked and the hair dryer wouldn’t even get hot.

Easy walking distance within several attractions such as the island, pirates, comedy barn, and shopping. Rooms were clean. The shower did not have any shelving inside which might be a problem for some. The beds were also a little too firm for my taste. Overall it was a nice room.

NEVER EVER AGAIN
Dirty sheets had to go to local Walmart and burn some! Only table in room was held up by cardboard box! Didn’t know if heat or air was on due to buttons all missing! The electric lock for door that you use card to unlock it was literally held on by black duck tape dangling on the door!! N the office said since I went through 3rd party they could do NOTHING!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
