Very nice property! Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff, wonderful breakfast. We will be back to stay, again, the next time we come to Pigeon Forge.

The staff on arrival was rude. We were all tired but she couldn't have cared less. No housekeeping all week. Ran out of toilet paper. Emptied out own garbage. No conditioner in bathroom. I spoke with staff many times with no avail. I will never stay there again and I will make sure everyone I know will be aware of what that Hampton Inn is like.

Our room was stuffy with poor air conditioning and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was also an extremely dark room. The hotel had a nice amount of complimentary services, but I do not think the room was worth the price we paid.

Property is off the main strip so didn't have to fight traffic getting in and out of property. Common areas outside included a beautiful large fireplace to sit by. con- Our room had a large jetted tub. the tub was wonderful except was hard to climb into and out. needs a step on outside of tub to make entry easier

The Inn was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything you'd like to do or anything you'd like to eat. Our bathroom was large and very well lit. Only drawback was bathroom didn't have exhaust fan so for your gal the heat from a shower or bath may complicate finishing her hair!

This was a little below what we normally find at Hampton Inn. WiFi not working the entire time, conditioner in shower not working, no welcome bottles of water. No fruit selection at breakfast.

The beds are uncomfortable. They are very hard and you can feel the springs in them. Recommend replacing mattress.

This is the perfect hotel for a trip to Pigeon Forge. It was very convenient to dining, attractions and the Ripken complex. The breakfast options were good. I highly recommend!

The property was very nice on the outside. But, the room smelled musty. The pillows are tiny and uncomfortable and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. I did enjoy the view of the mountains and the mountain coaster of miniature golf outside the room. The breakfast was very good and plenty of food. I would stay again if beds and pillows were more comfortable.

We loved the new putt putt and activities noted next door. Will definitely plan to use those in the future. Would suggest checking out the mattresses in the units. Some updating of the mattresses would be all we could suggest; they were super hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The bed wasn’t made when we entered our room. The dirty bed linen was piled up near the TV. Staff were quick to address the issue, but it ought not to have happened in the first place.

Only thing I didn't like was only one entrance in an out. One was blocked off maybe because the payment from road to parking lot needs to be smoother, to much of a dip for low riding cars.

Very nice, but a hard mattress
The service was excellent, from the check-in to a special request that we had. The location is nice, the room was nice. However the mattress was a little to hard for our comfort. Other than that it was very nice.

Property was perfectly located for us. It was clean, but starting to show some wear. The only disappointing thing was that there is only maid service every other day of you stay. If you want clean towels you have to gather up the dirty towels, take them down to the front desk and ask for more. You also have to make your own bed while on vacation. LOL

Thank you . Our property does not supply shower gel nor liquid bath soap. We do offer shampoo & conditioner along with bar soap. I will speak with out houskeeping team regarding the cleanliness of the room, I do apologize. Thank you for sharing.
