Newly renovated. Clean with luxury vinal floors and new furniture. Was nice to have a small kitchenette. Breakfast had nice variety. We plan to stay here again next time.

Wow just wow! Very nice staff from the minute you walk in. Rooms were very nice and clean. It’s a great location to everything nothing at all to complain about. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying there again for sure.

We stayed in a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds are in a separate room with a door that closes which is nice if some people want to go to sleep early while others stay up watching TV. The positive: Very roomy! Felt like a small apartment. Full kitchen (including small dish soap). All the appliances worked well. The refrigerator was a nice size. There was an electric stove and lots of cupboards and a table with chairs around it. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable. Looks like they’re putting a nice new flooring throughout the hotel. There is an outdoor pool as well. The people were friendly and eager to help. It is very close to Dollywood. The negative: The couch and beds smelled like a mixture of sweat and some kind of chemical. The top coverlet and blanket had some stains. The hotel is run down from the outside including the landscaping which is overgrown. (Did NOT look like the picture) The sofa bed was really old and the sofa mattress was so thin that you could literally feel every spring and bar. We closed the sofa bed and I slept on the couch. The bathroom had some kind of strange smell. The whole hotel just feels run down. If you have a large family like we do it is a good price for the size of room, but don’t expect it to be like the pictures. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than one night there. I would not stay again. We’ll probably try and save up a little more money so we can stay somewhere cleaner next time.

I just finished a three night stay and I really disliked this property, it was in poor condition. The sidewalk was falling apart, the siding was coming off the building, and there was trash all over the parking lot and rolled up carpets were thrown in the bushes. It was just very run down in general. Also the complimentary breakfast was subpar. The pastries were stale every day. Also there was no fruit and there was no real coffee. I will not stay here again.

The suite was large and clean Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk did check us in early but we did have to wait @15 minutes for him to get off the cell phone. Parking is behind the building. Property wasn’t very clean, smelled of air freshener- seemed like it was coming through the air conditioner, was also very dated. Side parking was inconvenient and was the only option. The Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No fruit, no yogurt, the coffee spot was sticky.

For a family of seven that always struggles to find one hotel room and not be split up during our vacation this was an amazing hotel! Two bedroom with 3 beds total, plus pull out couch. Not to mention two bathrooms!!! Let me stress two bathrooms!!! That is amazing trying to get ready in the morning not to mention its right in the outskirts of everything so its five minutes drive to everything on the main strip. Will definetly be staying again!

The hotel is out dated, suites were very dull and had a weird noise my 19 months old daughter kept up and crying all night due to the noise she was scared and their was a knock on the door around 2am and 3am i got a call from the front desk about my daughter crying and the phone call scared her more. Very disappointed and checked out next day and our vacation was ruined. Called expedia and they couldn’t do any thing to compensate.would not recommend at all.

Definitely clean enough and the staff was nice enough. Dollywood was 3-5 minutes away and plenty of eating places around us as well. A bit outdated but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s really such a nice stay. Very cozy!!

Location was great for our 2 day visit to Dollywood. However, the property is quite rundown. Our bathroom shower didn’t drain properly, they had a whole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, the bathroom walls looked like they had been primed, but not fully painted, and the furniture was filthy and broken down. I was expecting dated because of the price, but it was just run down.

This property was older compared to some of the other properties in the area but was still very well maintained. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was so cool! It was a 2 bedroom/2 bath suit with living room and kitchen. It provided my family with enough room to comfortably relax after a long trip! We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone! If we are ever back in the area, we will be staying here again.

Nice and quiet area, but close to the Main Street. I stayed there in 2014 and went back because I liked it a lot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included. I recommend this hotel.
