"Situated in Montmartre but away from Sacre Coeur, the area is lively but not too touristy. The hotel is well designed, although the room is a bit small for the price. Service is good, especially Nehemie at the reception. There has been some problem with breakfast charges but it was worked out amiably."

"The very dated room lacked plugs for charging phones, hearing aids, etc. if the fan was plugged in, no extra outlet. No plug for the tub and no shower curtain so showering was a challenge. The carpet was worn. Closet left my bag covered with dust bunnies. On a positive note, it was steps from the Metro and a very nice cafe for breakfast or a beer."

"This hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was comfortable and it was very nice to have drinks and snacks available after a day out exploring. The neighborhood was cute and charming and quiet which was nice to relax in. Many restaurants in the area as well. Pigalle metro was a short maybe ten min walk up the road. Gare St Lazare was also easy to walk to from the hotel which was around 2 or so min."

"The room had a great view but dead bug on inside of window. they did not clean our room and when we ask left for an hour and still did not clean it. Also went up to the restaurant to have a drink and was sat at a table that had guacamole smeared all over the table. I sat in white pants did not realize it was all over the chair I was sitting on. I could not get my white pants clean. On top of that we got charges that we have no idea from the hotel directly. We are trying to find out what it was for, but we did not buy anything except 2 cups of coffee, but charges are over $600. We purchased room directly though Expedia so not sure what the charge can be. The location was great but the hotel has a lot of issues."

"Room was small but clean and staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Just a small issue with sewer smell from bathroom but it was very hot and building is old so not a problem that we needed to address while there. Air Conditioner worked great."
