"Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B."

Clean, Friendly, I got to play the piano in the main room, terrific book collection, and a superior variety of food for the breakfast --eggs, croissants, meats, juice, etc. Great views of the countryside and you are about 5 minutes from the closest town. Not much there in the way of restaurants, but if you drive closer to Siena (10 minutes away) you will find some good places to eat. Highly recommend if you are looking for a classic Toscano experience!"

La residenza d'epoca 'Il Cassero' è stata davvero una scoperta. Un vero e proprio castello, rimasto pressoché inalterato, con un fascino unico. "Located in old town this is a great place to stay with a really great view of the Tuscan hills. Highly rated restaurant just below this B&B. The owner Mario is very knowledgeable of the area and is very helpful and overall great guy. He also provides eco tours that are really a remarkable experience."

Our room (suite) felt like stepping back in time, furnished with antiques and full of charm. Very clean and comfortable. "Property is very clean with extremely good location-inside walls with excellent dining and some shopping. Host is helpful. Be aware, this is a mountain-too town so parking is a couple blocks away with steep walking. Call host before arrival for directions to park. It was difficult for me or Expedia to contact host, but he was cooperative and helpful when we arrived. Very nice, large room and bath. Quiet considering it is on main street. I recommend the facility and location highly. "
