There was nothing to like about it. Miles from Sorrento, NO TAXIS at all. Very small room and nothing like what is advertised.

Stay Away & Avoid At All Costs
The pictures look absolutely nothing like the actual rooms. We booked a sea view room, ended up getting a room facing the road which was very noisy. The wifi didn't work in the rooms. The bed was SO terrible I ended up sleeping on the hard tile floor. Everything was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. The doors in the room didn't open or close all the way. Was extremely disappointed and would avoid at all costs.

Hotel La Ripetta is a gem. It's located at the top of a cliff with fantastic views of the sea from our room and balcony. The hotel food was amazing, Italy is known for its food and the sight of a limited menu means what they serve is done very well and fantastic value. The hotel seems to be a favourite among locals as well, when my wife and I were there, the hotel hosted two weddings. The staff really do help all they can. We were practically shown to the train station and as Piano de Sorrento is perfectly placed to see Pompei, Vesuvius etc it's the best way to get around. We will definitely go back, especially once we have children. It's great for couples but with the beach just a short lift trip below, there's plenty for a family to do as well. A perfect place to get away from it all as it's quiet and breathtakingly spectacular

Beautiful dining
The hotel was very clean and tidy, i had issues when i was there with the wifi, the staff tried everything to get me online, it just would not work in my room. Staff were super helpful, the food was excellent. Check in check out was fast and hassle free.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site web. Les installations de spa extérieur n’étaient pas accessible sans aucun préavis avant la réservation et l’accès à la piscine intérieur était d’un prix exorbitant. La chambre était ok, mais manquait de commodités de base (crochet pour les serviettes, support à papier de toilette, etc.).

La cisterna del cuarto de baño que estaba cerca del techo no tenía tapa, por lo que todo el techo de la zona tenía moho y al tirar salpicaba de agua debajo. la ducha tenia moho igualmente en el soporte

bon rapport qualité prix
j'ai logé 1 semaine dans cet hotel, pas de mauvaise surprise , l'hotel est simple mais avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. La clim fonctionnait parfaitement et notre chambre avait été refaite à neuf récemment je pense. point négatif il n'y a pas de mini frigo ni de coffre dans les chambres. Nous avions demandé une chambre côté "cour" car la rue est très passante et bruyante et nous avons bien fait, surtout que nous avions une vue sur la mer a couper le souffle! Très pratique il y a une page au pied de l'hotel (attention il y a quand même une rue très pentu a descendre et a remonter pour l'atteindre, sinon il y a un ascenseur un peu plus loin). L'hotel est relativement bien situé avec la gare a 15 min a pied, en revanche il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir dans le coin, mieux vaut aller à sorrento! Par contre le restaurant est à éviter! Les plats sont plus que moyen et les serveurs peu aimable ( mais comme tous les locaux du coin apparemment!!). Le petit-déj est simple avec un choix limité mais dans l'ensemble correct!

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro e direi che è andato benissimo... hall pulita ed accogliente, corridoio per raggiungere la nostra camera un po come un labirinto ma il risultato premia tutto. Camera e bagno ottimi, terrazzino bello ma con pavimentazione da rifare... una volta usciti fuori al terrazzino o che sia giorno o che sia notte si restia a guardare il mare con occhi spalancati.... vista sul porticciolo e sui stabilimenti balneari... una coppia in luna di miele fuori a quel terrazzino non entra più in camera, resta li tutto il soggiorno. colazione abbondante e sopratutto genuina servita da un personale sempre sorridente e sempre a tua disposizione... Che dire più... da ritornare, anche al più presto... Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale.

Posizione buona, personale cortese e disponibile. La camera non era da grosse pretese: la pulizia era abbastanza buona e il bagno molto grande, anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate (per esempio il portasciugamani rotto, la mancanza di shampoo o saponette). La vista sul mare, comunque, ti faceva dimenticare il resto. Colazione non male :-) Consigliato se non si hanno troppe pretese e se si soggiorna per un breve periodo.

Recepcion renovada, habitación NO, (de los años 70). La pagina aseguraba habitación con vistas al mar, nos tocó la primera planta y cuando abrimos la puerta habia que auparse para ver el mar porque estaba un tejado por el medio. En recepción solo solo hablan ingles e italiano. El desayuno pobre.

pochi minuti di auto e si arriva a sorrento centro, ottima posizione per il mare, camere acoglienti anche se non nuove, buona anche la spa dell'hotel e meraviglioso il panorama della camera vista mare. anche la colazione e' piu' che soddisfacente. rapporto qualita'/prezzo piu' che soddisfacente , sicuramente ci ritornero'

Ausser das durchaus freundliches Personal und den tollen Blick vom Fenster hat sonst nichts gepasst. Es gibt uebrigens auch Zimmer ohne Fenster also nicht das billigste buchen. Sonst muss man sich erfasst machen auf sehr alte Matratzen, dreck im Badezimmer, sehr sehr duenne Waende (man hoert die Nachbarn bei alles zu). Der Spa war nicht zugaenglich. Wer nicht unbedingt hier uebernachten muss sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Das nebengelegenes Restaurant La Rispetta ist aber recht gut und empfehlenswert.

Camere dotate di nessuna comodità anzi molto rumorose a causa di qualche motore vicino la finestra, a causa di una porta di emergenza rotta che sbatteva e a causa del ristorante che essendo aperto fino a tardi ha allietato la mia notte con voci, risate, e altro... Il personale dell'hotel è invece cordiale. Inoltre la colazione scarsa e scadente servita su un tavole che non ispira tanta pulizia.

un' esperienza da ricordare grazie soprattutto al terrazzino con vista sul mare, alla zona ristorante in cui, oltre a mangiare ottimi piatti, è possibile godere di un panorama unico nel suo genere. da sottolineare la presenza di personale professionale, competente ed estremamente gentile,pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e la presenza di una spa confortevole e rilassante.

Decu car nous avions demande un lit bebe et nous avions eu un lit enfant (un lit de camp) alors que nous avons un bebe de 8 mois si nous avions su qu il n avait pas de lit bebe nous n aurions pas reserve dans cet hotel. Lorsque nous avons demande a la reception de changer ce lit ils nous ont dit que c etait le plus petit qu ils avaient! Ne pas se fier au descriptif de l hotel sur internet.le petit dej est tres moyen...
