The room was super clean and river view was really beautiful. Every staff was really kind and helpful. Highlight of the stay was definitely the pool and breakfast buffet with wide selections of international and local food. We loved it so much we have just delay our flight by one day and booked one more night with them

We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. The pool was delightful and the perfect temperature. Using the bikes to get around the resort was fun. The beach is huge with very few people.

The BEST hotel in Hue.The location,the old world charming through out the hotel,the all super friendly staffs,the nice restaurant are unforgettable.There was a technical problem with our room.Although we were upsetted, we fully understand that it wasn't anyone's fault.But Ms.Tran Thi Minh Tam took extra care of us.She's a magician who turned an upsetted beginning into an unforgettable happy ending.She and her team made us regret that our stay was too short.And want to stay at more Azerai hotels.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very upscale hotel. We opted to upgrade our room and it was definitely worth the extra money. We had a room with floor to ceiling windows on the 19th floor with a great view of the city. Very large room and bathroom. Amazing shower and bath. Air con worked great. Loved the fan above the bed as well. Bed was very comfy. Quiet room. Pool area was great with a bar and awesome views. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Would stay again.
