Place far is better than expected. Rooms were updated and comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel is not that beautiful but if you just need a place to stay, this will definitely work.

The room was very updated, and I appreciate that there is no carpet flooring. Unfortunately, there were a few hairs on the bedding as well as in the sink which made it seem like it hadn’t been well cleaned in between visits. The front desk was very helpful. The parking lot is small and busy. The surrounding area has a lot of dining options due to proximity to ASU.

This is a very basic yet comfortable and clean property with everything you need. Situated steps from the ASU campus and conveniently located within walking distance of CVS, dining and While Foods. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back many times as my son attends ASU and this makes my visits more affordable and convenient.

University Inn is an older hotel near Arizona St. University. The parking lot was not built for SUVs. College traffic was loud late at night. While there was one very good seafood restaurant, there were not many other options.

I’ve lived in Az for 30 years, live about 2 hours from this hotel, and as many phx hotels I’ve stayed in, this was one of the best. I’m a hotel snob! The room was clean and modern, great customer service and great price. Wasn’t loud to me, was there on a Thursday. Definitely could see it as a party place on weekends, but was very mellow when I was there. Walked to the venue I needed to be at in 5 mins. Tons of stuff nearby if you want to see Tempe, and ASU. Parking was easy.

Check in process was easy and the lady at the counter was friendly. The room was very clean, but small. There were no outlets we could find near the bed so we had plug our cell phone and my husband's CPAP machine in at the desk which was a little inconvenient. Luckily the room was small and we had a long plug. This motel is located near the tram line which runs quite often so if you are a light sleeper beware. Otherwise, for one night it worked for us.

The property was not too bad, the room was actually kind of cute and had more room than I thought. The only bad things I can say about the place was the bathroom door does not lock due to it being a sliding door, and you are able to see into the bathroom.

Parking was very tight. Also I had to park outside the parking lot after I left and went to the store and came back. Nothing happened. It was just inconvenient. The person upstairs was noisy walking very loud the sink had water, buildup, washing hands and brushing my teeth also the floors Need to be cleaned better. The grout need to be handled better other than those things it was ok.

Convenient, well-cared-for and reasonably priced motel. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and shopping. I would stay there again. The only think I did not like was the doors to the bathrooms, which are the sliding, barn-style doors. They did not really close properly.
