I was hurt and incident report was filled out at their request. I was told someone would call me and no one has. Initially when I asked for a copy of the incident report I was told one would be left for me under my room door the I was told I would need a court order to get a copy.

Staff was excellent!!!!! Super friendly and professional … however we were awakened by unhappy employees picketing, marching and drumming at 6 am. Hopefully their issues get resolved by management or corporate because for such a pretty hotel with a great location and nice amenities it would be a shame if the employees are not treated fairly. Good luck to both sides.

This hotel was in a great location and walking distance to different bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided great service throughout our serration of our stay. We will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The court yard was spectacular. Very welcoming and relaxing. Great space to have a drink and enjoy the outdoor air.

This hotel is an oasis in the middle of a fun, vibrant, lively city encompassing the ASU campus. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We had a patio room that opened onto the pool area with two hot tubs, which was sparkling clean and calm. The staff were exceptional, including Otto, who pointed us to the best local breakfast spot, advised us on our daytrip to Sedona, and greeted us every day with a smile. I know I sound like a paid review but I promise you I am not - I just appreciate good service and this hotel was a delight. We came to Tempe for a 4-day quick retreat, and we felt like we were at a resort. I can't say enough good things about this hotel!

This was my second stay at Tempe Mission Palms. I would absolutely stay again. The only issue I had was the noise from the courtyard late at night. But I think this was a one time thing as I did not experience previously. Great GYM!

Enjoyed our stay, convenient location, near Skyharbor, good staff. AC blower was an issue, very loud and squeaky, disruptive to good sleep, set on auto and it cycled every 5 minutes, set it on constant and it squeaked constantly. Otherwise all good!

Only complaint is that the hot water was not hot , warm is best it got for the 2 days I was there . I like hot showers and baths so that was disappointing ... beautiful grounds and architecture tho

This property is amazing from it's layout to it's easy access to the downtown shopping and dining experience. I also ordered riom service and the dood was fresh and made to order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Arizona. Oh and it was very accessible to all major highways.

This hotel and its employees are fantastic! My daughter and I had to stay here after a surgery. Everybody was so helpful, accommodating and friendly! Plus the grounds are newer than most places in Tempe and extremely clean! Not to mention, there is so much that you can walk to. I highly recommend this hotel!
