Nightmare from the beginning, no signs indicating where the mailbox was for the fob. 1st day into our stay and the garage fo stopped working. 1 st morning all into the 2nd day evening no hot water. The whole virtual thing sucks. No empathy on our issues although we did get a $75 refund for not having hot water for 40 hour. Called for the pool gate code didn't work and by then just gave up on Sonder. The kitchen was the best thing

The property was good but during our stay for 8 days we had no internet as there was a problem,there was a water interuption for a day and our last night the water heater was down.

Dwelling is nearby many entertaining options with great nearby attractions. Staff addressed a filthy carpet situation adequately. Make sure you keep a phone with you as the fobs can fail miserably. Locked out once and locked in stairwell once as well. Lucky I had my phone.

Terrible experience, I will never stay at a Sonder again. Their is no front desk they dont own any of the properties just single rooms at an apartment building. Theres no fromt desk and their support line is useless

Loved how spacious the unit was, great location, parking available at a reasonable rate, check-in & out very easy. Would have liked an option with a king sized bed instead of the queen; shower was horrible but great bathroom otherwise with double sinks and lots of storage, fantastic closet/laundry. Would have liked basic cable or antenna TV available for news/weather; could not cast anything from any of our devices (phones, touchpad, laptop) to the TV.

Clean room, fully staffed with toiletries and kitchen appliances. The fitness room compared to commercial gyms. Great setup with the grocery store on the first floor. We will definitely use this Sonder again.

The property was great. Only draw back was my room was facing East and the black out curtains were too thin. Didn't really keep the room dark or even slightly dim. Bed was a bit hard as well.

Large apartment with great amenities. Pool area, gym, games rooms, patio deck. New. Large kitchen, bathroom etc. The only issue we had was we didn’t receive the actual lock box number and we thought the access code was our lock box number. Confusing. Our floor smelled ‘weedy’ at times and the hyda-bed sheet was or seemed dirty.

Very poor lighting. Sheet was.too small on bed. We sent a Text about this and no response. Only having one key Fab limited our option for one person to leave if needed.. We wouldn't stay there again .

We liked the apartment and the building, especially being so close to Whole Foods. The only negative about the apartment was the pullout bed, which had some broken springs and supports. While not the Sonder's responsibility, the parkade entrance is quite narrow and you have to be really careful in order to avoid scraping either the column or the parkade wall.

Good location. You can walk to restaurants and there is a Whole Foods on the ground floor. There is a ton to do at the hotel. They have pool, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, pool, hot tub. That was all great! I wish they had black out curtains. Bring an eye pillow if light bothers you. We had a view of a parking garage that was lit all night. The bed is thin and not the most comfortable but doable. I wish they gave towels for the pool and towels for the shower. They only give 4. We requested more but it took hours to get them. It was a good size (1 bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids). It was nice to have a kitchen, living area, and washer dryer. They did have detergent too which was nice. Our room had some bleach stains by the washer/dryer that was not attractive. Overall, I would stay there again. For the location, price, and amenities, it was worth it!

Room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for a building this size. Communication was extremely swift with detailed checkin process. Location was perfect for my purpose visiting Tempe. Wholefoods downstairs very handy.

I was facing the Chase building and it can get a little loud. I also hope there was more lighting in the bedroom. The two lamps in there didn't really light up the room well. Otherwise, that's my only issue. The room was very clean and I appreciated the washer and dryer as well! The check in process was a little tricky; it took me a minute to find the locker but otherwise it was a nice 3 night stay.

This is such a great location to the Phoenix airport and ASU, Tempe Town Lake and a short drive to Scottsdale. A real bonus is the Whole Foods on the main floor of the building and Cartel Coffee in the next block. We enjoy our stay here every time we visit the area.

I enjoyed the Whole Foods on the main level. Once I got the hang of the automated entrance/exit it was OK. I needed some assistance getting into the lockbox to get the FOB's

When we checked in the code to our door was wrong and it took about an hour to get in touch with a person to give us a new code over the phone. We did get someone stop by our door the next day to be sure the code was working, which was nice. There is very little lighting in the whole place, and the one window looks out to a parking garage that blocks any natural sunlight coming in. There was no water pressure for the shower, it came out as a slow trickle which made it very difficult to rinse soap and hair products. I tried to get in touch with someone everyday of our stay to come take a look and no one got back to me. Would not recommend staying unless you enjoy dark rooms. The gym on the property is good, but we never could find the fire pits or access to outside areas besides the pool.

The apartment was super cute. However, it looked cute, but wasn’t comfortable. The bed was uncomfortable as was all the seating. But the biggest issue were the blinds. There were not blackout and there was a giant lighted Chase Bank sign across the street that glared into the bedroom and living room. Also the apt. faced east and the sunrise came right in and woke us up each morning. It made our stay uncomfortable and I would not choose Sonder again.

Pros: Location In unit washer/dryer Cons: No on site staff to assist with issues Terrible call center “support” when you need something Basic room features either missing or broken ( i.e. balcony door wouldn’t open, no remote for tv, no overhead lights in the bedrooms) Parking isn’t included, it’s $25/day extra They had a “maintenance man” enter our room while we were away for the day without our knowledge or consent to drop off the missing tv remote When we arrived, the pin for the door to the unit wasn’t working, so we had to wait on hold with their terrible call center for 45 minutes before they could finally reset it and let us into our room

Very hard to navigate for a first time. Tv impossible to work, micro locked took forever to unlock, no coffee pot took hours for a response & when they finally responded they said they would drop one later in evening which they did the machine forgetting the coffee pot. Washer smelt moldy & dryer kept turning off while drying clothes. No proper lighting in unit & sliding door broke very hard to unlock & lock. Garbage overflown for the days we were there by pool area. Never emptied. Loved the property would never stay in that unit again.

I we very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. We also looked directly out to a parkade, that lead to zero privacy, because cars were parked RIGHT in front of us, with their lights shining directly into our room. Plus the carpet was full of stains, as well as the rug looked as though it had feces on it. It was also an extremely dark, with no ceiling lights in living space/bedroom. It was also quite difficult to check in/find the lock box with the fobs. Plus there was no option to have a second fob, therefore, not allowing ANY of the tenants to separate. We did like that the Whole Foods was directly below us.
