Very clean, quiet, good for the price. Has pool, also is pet friendly, at no extra cost and areas for them to play. Great place.

I really like the property. I haven’t used the pool but it looks sparkling clean. Also, there are trees and grass which is an amazing find here in Beautiful Arizona!

This is not a hotel to go to when you are on vacation. All of the people staying there are living there. There were homeless people in the parkway outside of the hotel. I way overpaid for this hotel. This is my second bad experience with Motel 6 and will probable will never stay at one again.

Our stay ended up being most of the time peaceful. I was disappointed with what does not come with the property for the price of $188 a night. It did offer a bar of soap, an ice machine that would only provide shaved ice, and a bottle opener attached to the sink vanity. The bathtub, TV console, and dining table all had burn stains. Weird in our minds since we requested a non-smoking room. With that price, it does not provide a small fridge, microwave, shampoo, or hair dryer. We paid extra for a queen bed but were given a full/double bed. Hopefully, it was just bad luck on our part.

Dark, no lighting, felt very unsafe. Sketchy people coming and going. Doors that looked kicked in. The only good thing was the woman at the front desk who kindly cancelled my reservation for me when I told her how unsafe I felt. Crazy as it seems, a block away is motel 6 mesa south…totally different, clean, well lit, no creepy people in the parking lot.

~$200/ night total was too much for a loud, (other customers and also sirens all night from nearby Police station) place is aged, cigarette burns on drapes, bedspreads and tub, heat didn't work.

Things would have been fine except someone made a mistake and checked us out 2 days early. Medications, personal items and my C-Pap machine were handled by unknown people and placed in storage. The lady at the front desk blamed us for their mistake.

Despite the check in process being overwhelming after the long trip, it was a very good experience. The pool was clean, the rooms where well kept, and the parking lot was well lit.

The rooms were decent, but the lights flickered and even the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigerettes. The neighbors were unbelievably noisy at all hours of the day and night. Loud men hung around outside and acted very creepy, which made me feel unsafe as a woman checking in and out alone.

The wait time for check took forever. There was cigarette burns in the comforter, the bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. Cheapest hotel in the area for a reason

I love the people who work here! The lady that does the rooms at check out time is cool and so nice and the ladies who work the front office are really cool and so nice and understanding and funny at times! They all have a sense of humor unlike some motel staff at other places that look like they have a stick up you know what! For reals.. You gotta have fun even when your at work and if you don’t then your not happy at your job! I always try to have fun in everything I do and if someone has anything to say about it then so be it I don’t let anyone bring me down and that’s just me! Anyways this is one of my favorite motel 6 in Arizona and the other one is in Apache junction! Thank you

The room was fairly clean, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The property itself is a little run down, and I made sure to keep all locks on the doors, as the area was a little questionable, but I didn't have any safety issues. I did have a very noisy neighbor that woke me up at 3am, so i called the office and they came out to bang on their door and tell them to be quiet. This happened again an hour later and finally they were quiet. But the noisy neighbor wasn't the motel's fault. I just wanted a cheap room and that's what I got, but i probably wouldn't stay here again.
