Although this property is in the middle of the ASU area, there are no good dining options in walking distance. The property charged $16 a night for parking, which is a very nasty surprise. I would have chosen a different property if I had known that. This property didn't feel like the general Hyatt experience, overall. Many of the usual amenities missing.

Convenient location to go to the boots in the park concert. Great friendly staff. Overall a nice place to stay. The room was nice. The bed was a little dated and not too comfortable. Lumpy and worn. Both beds were the same. I would definitely stay again if i was in the area.

Nice hotel and would return. Only issue is the pool is small and its resturant closes early.

Everything has been great. Easy check-in, clean and spacious rooms. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through this area.

Very Clean, friendly staff, lived the showers they had fantastic water pressure. laundry on site very convenient. Pool was small but rooftop area also very nice.

The hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness! However, I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant had so few menu options. The photos in the elevators about h bar do not seem to reflect the actual menu that is available. it does seem to be a problem, because there is not really any restaurant food that is decent unless you walk for at least 10 minutes in the heat.

This property was absolutely amazing. Made our stay away from home feel wonderful knowing we had multiple rooms to relax in. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious with PLENTY of options, and the staff was super knowledgeable and attentive. Any time we were heading out for the day if they weren't with another customer they would either give us a smile, wave and greeted us by name, or would stop us if we were in less of a rush and ask how our stay was going and if we tried any of the restaurants they recommended. The rooftop bar was only open Thursday-Saturday but you could hang out up there any time and bring up food from the lower bar. The area was super walkable with TONS to do. I personally recommend the Eureka! restaurant which was a main recommendation from the staff. Phoenix zoo is very close as well and if you need commodities for your room I recommend heading over to the shopping mall down the road, it had everything we needed and more!

Had a very late arrival time but once we checked in the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a nice touch and we will be back the next time we visit Tempe.

It would have been nice to have a fitted sheet that fits the mattress and a better coffee machine with a carafe that can actually pour liquid into the cup instead of all over the table.

Slightly misleading booking as it’s really a Hyatt Place not a next level up Hyatt. Also no disclosure of parking fee. I probably wouldn’t have booked it knowing the whole picture.

convenient, right next to ASU sports fields/arenas, walkable, much quieter than I would have anticipated given the area. Pool was much smaller than it seemed in the pictures, and there is no hot tub. Overall, though, a very pleasant stay.

The suite I rented was about the size of a small apartment, super roomy and nicely outfitted with some comfortable furniture. Great bathroom, bed was comfy. Check in was super simple.

Hotel was in convenient location, was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast service was good. Given the climate and history of drought, we were surprised at the lack of water saving fixtures. Only mentioning because hotels.com asked for an eco friendliness rating.

The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Check in/out was efficient/quick. Our room (kitchen suite) was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. This is a great place to stay!

Clean, close to ASU campus, huge TV and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet in morning was nice with plenty of seating. Rooftop bar and pool is nice feature but unfortunately my visit was too busy to use it this time. Would definitely stay here again!

My issue was my room smelled like mildew and as if water leaked somewhere. For a new facility, it should not hsve smelled like that. I informed the front desk and he said there were no rooms available to move me.
