I was surprised at how poor quality the mattress and bedding were. The mattress was worn out. I also found a used candy wrapper and crumbs under the mattress which was concerning. It was nice though to have a microwave in the room—unusual these days. Staff was variable.

Good hotel, room just smelt stale. Bed was comfy and was a spacious suite overall. There’s only one staff member at the counter for check in/check out who is terribly overworked, so try to have everything prepared before getting to the counter and you’ll have a smooth transaction.

The ride in the shuttle back to the airport was not good. The seat belts in the van were not working. Thought left something back at the hotel the driver drove back to the hotel. When he was driving back he spaced out and I had to alert him that the traffic was stopped. He slammed on the breaks and never apologized or recognized it happened.

Clean, close to airport but Hard beds - ouch
We have stayed in many Hamptons and the beds are usually comfortable. This was definitely the exception. They were very hard and firm and we had a pretty miserable night of sleep. The breakfast was your normal offerings, and it was kept well stocked. The staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was a bonus.

The digital hold does have to process through your financial institution for a complete release. It should not show as payment and reimbursement. If you have waited over 10 business days (may be more with the holiday schedules of banks), please provide our management team with documentation of a charge and we will research it further. It was released from our system the night of your departure.

It was a perfect stay. Great price, and breakfast included. Felt safe, and comfortable and they also have an airport shuttle. The employees were all very nice as well. I usually stay in Airbnbs and this was my first time in a hotel in a while too!
