Great location close to Arizona State University. Reasonably priced and cute retro decor like the other Graduates around the country. Very friendly staff.

Graduate is quirky and cool Design, clean and specious rooms. The coffee ‘machine’ with instant coffee was gross and there are no amenities, but location was great and staff were friendly.

The property is so clean and quaint. I stayed with my son as I was visiting ASU and it was perfect. I had free parking for my rental, it was close to a variety of restaurants and walking distance from the campus. The key cards are super cute (student ID) and the do not disturb signs are extremely cute (studying do not disturb). I loved our stay. the view from our room was also amazing....5 stars!

Graduate hotel in Phoenix, AZ was a good place for a quick stay. A little noisy from other guests, but other than that really nice. The terrace was a great view. The food hall in the morning was really good. The breakfast burrito and coffee were great! Overall, a good stay.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant. The facilities are aged and there is not a business center or conference room if you need to do work.
