Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Whenever we encountered an employee, they greeted us with a smile.
For health reasons, we use sanitizing wipes when we check in and there was no dirt! Very good cleaning practices.
My daughter was in a wheelchair because she had broken her ankle. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the room and it's location, the convenience with her being in a wheelchair. They also offered other amenities which could possibly help her.
I was disappointed in the pool bar being closed. Also it took a very long time to get a cocktail waitress while playing the slots. Not a great place to stay or the experience I was looking for.
We were probably the only ones there and they put us in the furthest room on the furthest floor! No one in site! Pool needs to be open later it’s a dang casino!
