Great unique property in the Art district. They have a great bar and very good restaurant. The area is fine enough but there is a lot of street noise. I had ear plugs. Very close to the airport. We would stay here again.

So the stay was great overall very clean, it’s safe , staff is friendly and they’re in a good location. Expedia does have a note about a “daily amenities fee” but FYI if you stay in their VIP suites the is $39 after tax.

Nice concept to the hotel. Walking distance around the art district. The area has most amenities travellers require, as long as you are willing to walk. Best to have a car. Staff are fantastic. Hotel deco is a little outdated.

The building is super cute with the art museum inside, the restaurant was good and there’s a little market for shopping! The room was really neat and unique with a contemporary feel. The walk in rain shower was amazing and we had a great view of the city. I will definitely stay here again

Everything from the start was perfect. From walking in getting greeted from front desk. They were awesome to the people serving dinner in the restaurant to check out the rooms are Awesome.

Amazing staff were available to answer help and answer questions during any time of day. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is decent. They give you a tickets at the start of your stay that provide you with free HOT coffee, hot tea, or gelato. Take the gelato! The area around the hotel was *safe to me* and there is a tram across the street to help you get around. The Phoenix art museum is a 10min walk from the hotel. My only complaints is that there is an extra resort fee to cover things like WiFi but the WiFi sucks. I had problems getting online and maintaining my connection the whole time. Additionally, the photos online advertise that their standard rooms have shower hoses available. This is NOT accurate. I had to request a room with one which was annoying. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would recommend.

The hotel did not give me the room that I booked. It was extremely loud in the room that they gave me, and I could hear our neighbors complete conversation with cussing and making margaritas. The room was dirty and the sliding door was open to the street. When I went to go tell the hotel, they were not interested in helping me. The hotel Clark said that was the only room they had, and they could get me another room, but it would not have a balcony (even though I paid extra for the balcony). What was most disappointing was the front desk clerks apathy. Another hotel Clark came and helped, and took my name to give to the manager. I could not stay in that room as I was unsure if it was sterilized problem due to the open sliding door to the street. I will be contesting this charge on my credit card, as my wife and I left the property immediately.

The art shows are always fresh and well presented. The staff are extremely helpful from the front desk to house cleaning they continually aim to please. This is our go to place whenever we’re in the DTPHX area.

The staff were exceptional. The room was unique and funky. The cafe and pool were incredible right down to the playlist at the pool, cool and not overpowering or obnoxious.

We stayed for one night at Foundre and enjoyed it a lot. The room is quiet and clean. Very friendly staff and gave us extra gelatos upon checking in. Parking is easy too. Will definitely choose Foundre again if we visit Phoenix again :)!

This place is super clean and very cool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Alisa at the front desk gave amazing recommendations for a few great spots to eat and check out. Very artsy and intriguing place, 10 out of 10 would stay here again and highly recommend.

Love the free valet parking and Match bar and restaurant, food and beverage were great and they have a great happy hour. Close proximity to walk or take the light rail for getting downtown so you don't have to take your car. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was really impressed with the property. The staff was exceptional. Service was excellent and everyone greeted me with a smile. The rooms are very clean and comfy. Very good for extended stay. Also love the touch of artwork in the lobby area and around the hotel. That was really cool. I would recommend this hotel for business professionals just staying the night or a few days.

Love the hotel. Great interior. Love the art too! but it’s terrible that Hate that they hit you with a $35/ night resort fee. That’s not listed anywhere In the hotel description on Expedia in an effort to increase the cost of the hotel stay versus what they show as their Internet rate. They should state The resort fee upfront as part of the room cost.

Property was very clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned most days and we had to request clean towels. Would definitely stay again but know we probably need to ask for towels if staying more than a couple of days.
