The property is okay overall. The room we got was spacious with a kitchenette, microwave and electric stove. The sofa bed was very dirty, when we pulled out the bed it had residues of some type and what it seemed to be pubic hairs (disgusting). I had to clean it my self without vomiting. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel it’s ok for the price! but they should not mention free breakfast for guests because they don’t have that. The only thing they have is coffee and small size English muffins but not free breakfast as they offer when you book them. Than you!

There really wasnt anything we liked. Ill be contacting customer service. The room smelled horrible. We black mold around the shower. The hair dryer was falling out of the wall and there were roaches. In addition, the overnight staff was incredibly rude.

Definitrly a two-star hotel. Drove up to day laborers laying in the parking lot after their shift. Rooms were small, particularly the bathroom. 70's decor at best. Bed comfortable but a small queen. No coffee maker in room- you had to ask for it, along with utensils, cups, etc. Someone even removed the hair dryer from the wall outlet. Only one trash can. They clearly took advantage of the Final Four and other events when pricing this barely adequate site. Skip it and pay $50 more to be in a safer area with an updated room.

It’s a place to sleep. Has full kitchen for family with kids or bigger groups which is nice - saves on cost for food. The carpet in the room was horrible, and room had a musky smell every time we returned. Overall carpet is a no star and the rest rated a 2 star.

Horrible canceling tomorrow reservation as soon as I can if it wasn't 230am I would go to another hotel now... reserved room with sofa pullout it's disgusting... couch wet and mattress gross cushions had food stuck to them room elevator and floor has horrible smell room is worse than a motel 6 slept on top of sheets and prayed no bed bugs... definitely not worth the price I would pay at a far better hotel...

What a dump! The room looks nothing like the photos. Everything looks dirty and dated. The entire second floor smelled of pot. Our room stunk so bad I requested a change of floor. I also had to bring up an armload of bedding myself for the fold out couch as there wasn’t any in the room. The third floor had no smell but our fold out couch mattress was so stained and disgusting that I couldn’t let any of us sleep on it. We ended up sleeping two in one double and 3 in the other since we had been travelling for 16 hours and exhausted. Their breakfast is granola bars, muffin and oatmeal packets. This is definitely not the kind of place that should be charging 200$/night. I’ll be contacting Expedia to voice my concerns.

Im going to give benefit of the doubt and say that the hotel was understaffed. The room was dirty (actual substance on the door no clue what it was), things in disrepair. You have to ask for supplies and anytime you needed something it seemed like a chore to the staff. This was more of what I would expect from a budget motel then an extended stay.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. After getting to our room we noticed that there were no linens for the pull out bed and requested some. She very gruffly told us they were in the wash. About 2 hours later as we were going out for the event that we were there for and i let the front desk know we would be out to an event till late and to please put the linens in the room when they had a chance. Got back to the room at 1am to find no linens and called the front desk. No answer. Called the after hours extension. Didn't even ring through. So we called the front desk again and still no answer. Someone had to go down to the car to get something and on their way back in finally found someone at the front desk and asked for the linens again. The person at the front desk was grumpy and rude as if it was an inconvenience to fulfill such a request. Needless to say we will not be staying at another extended stay any time soon.

The hotel room was small and the air conditioning vent was only in the living room (of a 1 bedroom suite) and not in the bedroom. The carpet was not clean and overall the facility looked run down. It did not look like advertised.

Lobby was dirty, Terrible smell in the hallway took the elevator to my room and my key card did not work. Decided to leave due to how dirty the lobby and hallways were did not feel comfortable even going in the room.

Worst hotel ever!
There were crack roaches, tiny bugs on the counters, the floor, chairs and couch were filthy and it smelled of weed. Do not let the pictures fool you. The front desk lady was intense. We had no choice but to stay in the hotel because all other hotels were fully booked. We cancelled our booking the following night.

wasnt what it was !! said they said they had food they didn’t really have any food. There’s no Internet no nothing it was horrible. Dirty , everything was from the 1970s.

Lights in bedroom didn’t work, lots of garbage under bed, rest of room was probably not very clean, second bed was a thin, springy couch mattress. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I didn’t wanna be blamed for all of this, garbage, damage, etc. I called Expedia, getting a discount on the night we stayed, and a refund for checking out early. (Didn’t stay second night) I also invited the manager into the room and showed him everything we were not happy with.
