Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom. No hair dryer or shampoo / conditioner already in room called FD twice to request some but the line just rang and rang. Only one elevator so there is a bit of a wait. Felt rushed checking out because 2 seperate workers came to knock on door to ask if we got extended when it was only 1030 and checkout is 11am. Marie at the FD was very nice however. Her customer service was very attentive.

I did not like anything really about this hotel. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody to stay in. The air conditioner is too loud.The water pressure sucks.The elevator smells like Natural gas was leaking, we only received one towel for two people, no soap to at least wash my hands , no one was there to check out and give me keys too like i was asked to so i had to Slide the keys under their retractable window.

This place is disgusting. Front desk girl was nice, that’s about it. Smelled like a sewer and marijuana. Dead bugs, no shampoo, hair on counter…. I didn’t even want to set my luggage on the floor. I’d like a refund!

The biggest nightmare & overpriced place ever. There is no blow dryer, no tissue box, thin toilette paper, no iron, & noisy doesn’t even do this place justice. People pounding the floor, moving furniture, talking loud until well after 1 am, & slamming doors. You advertise some grab bag of breakfast & we get there & nothing. The guy tells us that location doesn’t fit that description like other Extended Stays do. The scariest people are staying or living there. Over $400 for two people for 2 nights is ridiculous! Oh I could check out an iron the same day but had to bring it back the same day! Nuts. Take a shower. Get dressed in wrinkled clothes. Take them off. Iron them & bring the iron back down. And we were on the 3rd floor! Unbelievably dumb! I would never recommend or stay there again! Car alarms were going off in the parking lot when I was trying to sleep. I was scared to death to have my Jeep there! Oh & nobody was ever at the desk when we came & went to tell them of our concerns! Oh & 1 bar of soap. Really? We had to move it from the sink to the shower! Stupid! The towels & wash cloths are paper thin. The towel is for a baby it was so small! Our tv remote did not work. The guy brings AA batteries & it takes AAA. Oh my GOD! Horrible experience!

Felt like I was paying to stay in a prison cell. No coffee machine, no dishes, no glasses. I could not even have a glass of water! I will tell everyone I know - I work for a company that has over a 1,000 households to stay away from your properties at all cost. Seemed to be a part of a government housing program. Truly the worst motel experience of my life!!

The hotel and room are both labeled as non smoking but the smoke smell was so strong that myself and my family were nauseated by the smell- we kept the window open and it still didn’t help. The room was visibly dirty-dirt and hair on the floor and in the shower. One bar of soap and two small bath towels is all that is provided. The walls were so thin that you could hear everyone else talking and tvs playing. The parking lot appeared to have people living out of their cars. We did not feel safe and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the rate, the hotel is not clean and very basic. Limited soap, towel and pillows. Ran out of toilet paper. The very bare minimums. Dirt in the elevators. Bathtub was full of soap scum.

Attendant wasnt even onsite and even though i waited and called and spoke to corporate office, still could not get a hold of attendant/manager, yet onced arrived after 30 mins, arrived threating to cancel my reservation, and canceled my reservation, can check camaras and check how long i waited and how i was not rude at all.

The property was disgusting. There was vomit in the sink. The blinds had layers of dust. There was pubes in the sheets and the bath. When i got there initially it took the night clerk 30 minutes to come to the front desk. It was just a mess. The place appeared to be housing homeless people and it reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the entire building. It was trash i had my wife and kids with me this was unacceptable.

Maria at the front desk is wonderful! The property has some opportunities for improvement. Checked in, went to our room and the toilet was a mess and clogged. Maria swapped the room right away so we didn’t have to wait for service. The second room smelled heavily (super!) of cigarettes. We debated just leaving but we were already running behind schedule and just needed a place for overnight. Again, Maria fabulous… the rest, no thanks.

Noisy neighbors throughout the hall all night long, people playing loud music past 1 am in the parking lots and partying, the property is listed as “new” complete bs, the toilet had urine on it when we checked in, the property isn’t kept up at all. I’ve stayed at 4 Extended Stays in the Phoenix area and this is by far the worst! Horrible!

Everything was great, except the bed it was moved a lot, made a lot of noise getting on and off and it was actually small I didn’t realize it tell went to bed I don’t know if there was option for king size. Tv also was kinda small size but everything else was good oh shower dropped out a lot of water

I slept in my car.
I paid for my room around 9pm. I arrived at the hotel and everything was closed. I wasn’t able to check in cause nobody was there. I slept in my car. Website says open from 9am - 11pm and they closed at 10pm. There was no customer service available at all!

Reserved a room with two beds. They overbooked so I got downgraded to a room with one bed and a pullout couch. The couch did not pullout. So I overpaid for a room that was not worth its original price. Staff was not helpful

Have stayed in other extended stays and been fine, this one however was not a great experience. Zip ties holding the bed frame together, it was dirty, not the best neighborhood. No one is on duty in the morning until 10:00am.

Check in window was closed for lunch at 2:30 p.m. I never heard of this. After I got out of the elevator, I was met with the foul stench of garbage wafting in the air. They did not offer shampoo or tissues.

Don't stay at this property. They tried to charge me for my dog after I paid for my dog. We went up to our room and it was supposed to be two double beds but it was one double bed and a tiny fold-out couch. I went and complained and she said she could refund me but I have no idea what she's going to refund me. Probably hasn't even happened yet. Everything is extra, if you want any kind of dishes, coffee pot, extra linens. No breakfast or even a place to sit and relax. I was afraid to leave the room by myself. I would never stay at this property again. I guess for long term it would be good because there's two burner stove tops in the room and a full refrigerator. Just for overnight, don't do it. Spend a few more dollars for a nicer place, I wish I would have
