The hotel was good but it had mosquitos and I was bit up.

Super worn out furniture, leaky bathtub and shower head, tiny tv, oh and they don’t clean or do the beds. They still have Covid policy, so you have to do your own bed every day.

I am unsure where you stayed and if you did stay with us then I sincerely apologize for the challenges incurred during your stay. While our furniture is not brand new I have not seen any that is worn out. We are going through a soft goods renovation next year as well and will be replacing all carpeting, chairs, couches etc. in the guest rooms, all of our TV's are currently 47 inch TV's and we have never had a complaint that the TV's are too small. Also we are not at all in Covid policy and our housekeeping team does go into every room and refresh clean the room and make the bed. We hope you will provide us another opportunity in the future.Bryan

Very friendly staff. With the bar, restaurant, convenience store, etc, you really have all you need and dont have to leave for anything.

We stayed here for a gymnastics meet with the kids. I liked that the layout has the open middle- good for kids and feels safe. The bummer was that there is no food available until 4:00. We had to order and bring in food from somewhere else. Also the pool was much smaller than expected. But overall it was nice

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the housekeepers kept the room clean. I would have preferred that they had cleaned the room every day, since they cleaned it only two of the four nights I stayed there.

Well game room was out of service for the kids that they were looking forward to. Then the Starbucks machine was broken down, so my wife wasn't happy. Thankfully we stayed only 1 night because another night would have been not great. Won't return.

I apologize for the arcade being out of order as we had some testing going on in the meeting room adjacent to the arcade and they needed silence to complete their testing. While we cannot anticipate the Starbucks machine going down, we have scheduled an outside tech to service the machine and it will be back up and running by early next week. The hotel was just ok. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, the room was not overly clean, and every thing was very dated. The hotel could be nice with some TLC. The main level is nice but the rooms are lacking.

Great staff, not great experience checking in
Difficulty with slow transfer of paid reservation via Hotels.com. Staff was courteous and as helpful as circumstances allowed. For heavens sake, fix all those nonfunctional electrical outlets in the lobby pretending to support your guests. My phone was down to 14% before I was assigned a room, and I had to crawl under a table to get to a working outlet.

DoubleTree stay was perfect!
I have /chosen Hilton for the last few times I have needed a hotel. It is a name I trust for excellent quality. This time we brought our dog, who was also very impressed! We were close to downtown Mesa, our destination, and also close to the highway for both arrival there and departure back to our home. Before too long I will have to think of another excuse to book a room at a Hilton. The breakfast was excellent, as well. Thank you!
