"It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately. The food at the pool was not any better either, VERY PLAIN & not much flavor- I ordered ceviche and it was not what I expected. It was more like a shrimp cocktail so I was a little disappointed with that as well. The last thing that I will say is that the waterslide there definitely needs to be made to be more slippery. You have to push your way yourself throughout the entire way down pretty much, there is a ton of bees everywhere on the pool deck, as well as inside the pool on the bottom of the floor. I’m not sure if I will come back to stay here as I felt what I paid for was honestly not worth it. I wanted to so bad, to leave such an amazing review because I used to rave about this place when I first stayed here. But I don’t think that I will anytime soon, sorry for this type of review, but this was my honest experience this weekend."
