The room was very dirty and basic, 1 sheet on the bed and 1 pillow( we were 2 people). The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way and had to be left wide open, you couldn't have privacy while using the bathroom (we were 2 people) I asked for 2 beds originally in my reservation. We checked in late and there was only 1 bed (we were 2 people) Oh and also the staff had to come to my room late at night because our front door wasn't opening at all. They used a power tool to warm up the door so that it finally opened. He said, "It happens when it gets really cold at night. The doors freeze" Never heard of that one in all my years traveling.

The keys for our door quit working, along with the door hard to open.the bed was dirty it was supposed to be a smoke free room smelled horrible of cigarettes, blanket had burn holes in it. No blow dryer or smoke detector, the plugs were loose on the wall.

The lady at the desk was the only thing pleasant about my stay . The gutters were leaking in front of the door , floor was uneven , blanket was from a jail cell , the room just felt dirty .

HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PERIOD!
Furniture had bullet holes and cigarette butt stains the phone didnt work. The refrigerator was mouldy and broken the room was completely bare of furniture except for the bed. The fire alarm was beeping. Got changed to a second room and the lock was broken and it looked as if someone had broken into the room. The property was filled with junkies.

There were roaches in the room. I couldn't even stay there had to leave and drive 7hours ro return home the same night. The manager on duty said they would have expedia refund me the amount.

Only one towel a hand towel and wash rag for two guest and towels are small no trash can in the room and the fridge had something old in it. Also for a king size bed there’s was only two standard pillows and blankets are super thin.

The place is a complete dump and looks nothing like the photos. It's Shabby and run down with broken glass in the parking lot. The bedspread had holes in it that were sewn up with fishing line. The towel was small and brown stains on it. There was no remote and I asked the front desk to send me one and they never did. It's right on Route 95 so it's noisy. Giving this place a one would be generous

Rooms are smelly, non smoking rooms are full smoke smell, no water in the sink, tub was clogged, worst hotel or motel ever. Not had such a bad experience like this one.

Worst hotel in Philly
Worst stay ever. First of all they LIED about giving me a refund for my last day. They basically stole. They were like “oh you’re the one who complained to corporate”. Yeah it was me so what do your job or quit. They REFUSED to get me new sheets after 3 days of a 4 day stay. And after I called corporate and hotels.com they let me get a towel. ONE new towel. After days there. Never again. The place looks terrible. The key zeros out. And if you’re looking for budget go next door. They ain’t great but around the same price it’s a wayyy better option. I mean you get what you pay for. And I’m poor. So this alotta money. They better refund my money or I’m gonna call corporate so much they gonna lose their jobs for keeping my money bcuz they wouldn’t know hospitality if it slapped them in the face.

Amazed at the state of this property. Garbage laying around everywhere, the lobby was closed and had to come in through a side door. Had to deal with a very nice receptionist thru a security window, the kind you would see in a ticket agent working in a NYC subway. First room was on the highway and too noisy, tried to switch to another room, the key would not work. The 3rd room was filthy - had no towels or remote for the tv. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you just were let out of prison.

the front desk gave no good customer service i asked for more towels u would think they would bring them to the room but they wanted me to walk around to the office to get more also the lock on my door wasn't working u would think they would offer me another room and they did no suchthing

Absolute dump. Booked non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room. After requesting another room, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Also, this place is Very dirty, and very sketchy. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, but this really is the lowest of the low hotel stay.

Stay away from this place
this place is a dump. the room located in the far corner of the facility where next to my room was used as some source of in call prostitute service where a pimp is hanging out asking if I need company. Complained to the front desk to ask for another room and was refused. I end up sleeping on a cough at a friend house.

We did not sleep here. There was no remote control to the tv, no towel or hand rags, hand towels…nothing! The area doesn’t seems safe to me. The lady that checked me in was nice and professional. Would not return and do not recommend by any means necessary

We arrived on property and got our first room key. The lady at the front desk was fine but was not friendly or welcoming. The first room we got to we couldn’t open the door like it was locked from the inside. We got another room and all you could smell were cigarettes in a NON-SMOKING Room. There were cigarette burns in one of the blankets and stains on the other. One electrical outlet was hanging from the wall and the wires were exposed. The smoke alarm was also removed. The bathroom was still dirty and it was not well maintained AT ALL. I walked away and cancelled my reservation after that.

One of our two rooms could not be opened due to a broken lock. The other had no interior door handle could not be closed due to a broken deadbolt. We got two new rooms. One could not be opened. The other opened after several attempts. Then we found the running toilet and a tub with water in it and (I kid you not) an insect swimming in it.
