"Here’s a polished version for a hotel review: Pros: Great location. The large TV screen in the lobby was fantastic for watching other World Cup matches and added a great atmosphere. Cons: Sunlight entered the room very early in the morning because the curtains did not block the light properly. During checkout, I was charged for an upgrade that I never received. I was also billed $50 for internet service, despite having poor or non-existent connectivity in my room throughout my stay. I had to use my cellphone connection for business meetings. The staff was unable to explain who authorized or “signed” for the internet charge, making the situation even more frustrating."

"The room was clean and the carpet was not too outdated. There were plenty to do just outside the hotel. We had an excellent water view room. The rooms were well insulated so that you didn’t hear your guests next door. Self parking was pretty expensive which added to the cost of your stay. The restaurant had quality dining."
