The staff was rude. They also stopped my 18 years old daughter although she had a key and dis not allow them to go on the elevator. I then had to come down. How ridiculous is that when she has one if the room keys.
The room was amazing!
Good customer service. Our room had a broken ac but Calvin responded immediately. Sent engineering then changed the room.
I was surprised that for Hilton honors members there was no water upon arrival or upgrade for the inconvenience.

As soon as we got there we had an issue with the shower and the toilet
I didn't like it that the first one we went in there smell of marijuana and I had a asthma problem we requested another room we got another room but both rooms were for disabled people with no door on the shower so if you wanted to go to the restroom and person wanted to go take a shower you had to wait one person at a time. No cups for coffee no cups of drink water and in a charged you for water when we didn't even get it when we came in
An older hotel that is not close to downtown. The staff were wonderful. The restaurant was amazing. I was happy to eat there rather than get my car and try to find someplace.
The room was NOT clean and the chair in the room was in terrible shape and missing wheels. The carpet was not vacuumed had small debris visible in it and there are little white stains on the walls. Really offputting.
I told the front desk three times about it over the first night and day and so far they haven't fixed anything.

The furniture is dated, with headboards that are worn and chairs with holes. On a positive note, the staff were welcoming and responsive to most concerns.
Overall building can be a bit cleaner, check in at 4pm wasn’t ready till 6pm. Finally got to the room, fridge has ash in it, shower gel is out stains on the floor but overall not bad for a quick stay but you can tell they rushed through the cleaning of the room and short of cleaning staff.
Parking is free along the street and is a nightmare to find a spot unless you use valet parking for $15 a night. I had breakfast in their restaurant. It's overpriced and the young lady working there was standoffish. One of the lamps next to the bed had a flickering light and the USB ports didn't work.

We arrived at 530p.m. and our room wasnt ready until 7pm. The first room we were given had an air purifier in it because the previous occupants were smokeing weed. This was not ok as we were traveling with 2 five year olds. So we waited an additional 30 min for a different room. We were offered zero compensation for the wait and still had to pay for offsite parking. The hotel itself was nice and conveniently located to shops and dining. but the initial check in was a nightmare
It was clean and quiet, only a few momenys of.... that could be better. The sprayer in the shower was leaky and there were no cups in my room. Other than that, it was great.

The hotel room carpet was very old and almost mouldy. The body wash bottle was empty. Overall, it wasn’t bad but it was not worth the price. Will not book at this location again.

The grounds and the streets had trash everywhere. There was trash and garbage in the shrubs and on the grass from the afternoon we hit till the following afternoon. We arrived on a Thursday. The trash in the streets is what it is but at least clean the your area of the streets in front and around your property once you do chose to clean your property

Check-in was quick and easy, staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Rooms need TLC. Wallpaper is peeling, cieling cracking, headboard ripped, armrest ripped, bathroom vanity front peeling off. Room is clean, though.

No hot water, took 3x complaining to get it fixed. Heard from others that they had water issues too. Room is not up to Hilton standards, even below comfort inn etc. Phone was damaged so only speaker worked, stains on furniture. Lobby looks new but rooms are old. I won’t be staying here again.
