The female at the check in desk was not friendly or hospitable at all. It seemed as if it pained her to have to check in guests. There were roaches in the room! I have pictures and video. Building is filthy and has an odd odor. There was a large pool of water seeping out from one of the doors that leads to the side entrance of the building that stays unlocked by the way. I will never stay here again and I need to disinfect and fumigate my suitcase and clothes to make sure no critters came along for the ride. The appliances in the room were dingy and outdated and the tub drain doesn’t work properly. Overall the entire place looks, smells and feels like it has a layer of dirt on it.

The staff Malika was extremely rude to me and my guests who were turned away at around 3am due to a misunderstanding with Expedia and the hotel. I booked 2 rooms and only Recieved 1 room My guests had to book with a nearby hotel 3am which is so insensitive and inhumane.

Blood stains on sofa bed mattress. Some kind of dark stains on sofa back. Inebriated/drugged individuals in lobby. Loud surroundings couldn’t sleep. Table had food crumbs stuck on. It’s a wonder that the health and sanitation department hasn’t condemned this place. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away!! Expedia should blacklist this property!!!

I paid for upgraded internet that didn't stay connected. The linen was dingy. How do you have the nerve to charge for parking in a non secured lot? And the audacity to have a list of items they will charge you for if you're desperate enough to take them! We won't even ask why you advertise having everything in a furnished apartment but there was no dishes or cookware anywhere! Oh and that free breakfast is a cup of coffee!! They must have a kickback contract somewhere because I don't know how they stay in business with the stuff I named! Oh yeah we won't say anything about the in and out traffic! That's another can of worms!!

-Upon my arrival they sent me to a room the key wouldn't work. After the staff came to open the door, the room was supposed to be available and wasn't the bed was up. Staff sent me to another room when I first walked into the bathroom it was chips on the floor (I have pictures) it was dusty in the bathroom also and had stains on the sink. Poop splattered in the toilet it was very nasty I had to re clean everything myself. I traveled 6 hours to come stay at the hotel and it was nasty.

I was not happy with this 1 night stay. I spent one night here with my mom and thought the kitchen/ room would be a plus however everything was missing. No drain stoppers Horrible toilet pressure No cups The air was minimum no matter what setting i put it on I paid for 2 queen size beds 1 was truly a queen and the other was a queen boxspring with a full sized mattress. I am not sure if all rooms are bad but 209 is.

I was surprised for the price this place was as run down as it was. It smelled in the lobby area. the elevator floor was always dirty, not swept or mopped. My room, was a good size, but the floor was dirty and you can tell wasn't really cleaned well. The tub was the worse. It had grime and you can just tell not cleaned or worn down. If you're smart you'd bring your own toilet paper... this one was the worse I had, and I worked as deputy in Jails and theirs was better. I don't recommend unless you can't find any place else.

This was not a great experience. Hotel is very dirty Is used as transitional housing "Breakfast" is coffee and granola bars The front desk staff is virtually non existent and spent 10 min waiting (staff was sleeping in the back office) for someone to come to the desk and fix our key cards (kept not working) the hotel is DIRTY. Alot of the plugs in the rooms dont work. Bathtub drain didnt drain properly (took almost 15 min to empty after a shower) bathroom door didnt shut properly. One good thing is the hotel is 15 min from downtown Philly.

My daughter and I stayed at Extended Stay in Philadelphia on Bartram Ave. we got in late and checked in and went to the room there was roaches and roach bate everywhere. I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manger would be in at 9 am. I greet the manger that following morning and he said to me roach bate is a regulation on all first floors of their hotel. He said he could adjust my bill to half. I was applaud regarding his answer regarding the roach bate. Have not as of yet received and adjustment on my bill. I contacting corporate, some people don’t realize when we work a job we are representatives of the company.

Extended-Stay? Not for me.
The whole place is in poor repair. The check-in process is tedious and time-consuming. I was charged $ for parking. This was NOT disclosed in the booking. Parking was clearly listed as an amenity. The breakfast itself was literally grab-n-go. The morning coffee was OK.

It was a place that people lived there. Rooms had holes in the wall and outdated. Dogs barking all night. Room door looks like it was broken into. Did not close properly and looks unsafe.

When we first got there i waited almost 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The lobby smelled overwhelmingly like marijuna. The room itself was solidly fine, thiugh the bathroom was definitely in disrepair and could have been cleaned a little better. I found a hair on one of the beds, which was gross, but ended up sleeping on top of the bottom two blankets. It was quiet and secure and allowed us to get some much needed sleep, but I probably wouldn't book it again.
