The motel is a dump I couldn’t check in because the rooms had no hot water and clean towels , this whole facility need to be upgraded or torn down and rebuilt, don’t stay here it look like a hooker motel

I was not on the street or in my car.
Water was hot, no bugs and I was out of the weather. I had to ask for more towels, and a tub plug, and they were brought by promptly. No traffic noise, but heard some people walking and talking as they went by. The room had a smell, not very pleasant, sort of like incense or maybe a chemical hint. Not sure if it was intended to cover up a smell, but I stayed anyway. Price was on the lower side, but I just needed a place to stay, not to be pampered. The bed had a sag in the middle, but not enough to give me a back ache, and I like firm bed. No coffee, no restaurant in the hotel, and no microwave, but there was a mini-fridge. Bright lights lit up the courtyard and filters through to give the room a glow. It seemed clean, but a the caulk around the tub had a bit of mould. Repaired holes in the wall, but not a professional repairs. Flooring wasn't installed properly. Paint was peeling in places. Decor was old and color scheme not to my liking, but I was there to sleep. Not sure if I would stay there again. I think I would rather pay more and have a nicer experience.

Their computer system was down. I didn’t have data on my phone. I used my limited funds to book this room. Got their from another state, and they couldn’t find my reservation. We sat in lobby for hours. After a few hours someone felt bad for us and found a room that wasn’t supposed to be in used and let us crash there a few hours. The room had no power. Door lock was messed up. There was roaches everywhere. I still haven’t gotten my refund either. They saw my receipt in my email but it didn’t matter, they said system was down. And I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK

I booked my room for $48 (58.72 after fees). When I arrived at the hotel, i was told that the room was "under valued" and that they would have to charge me $80 for the room. It was late and I had no time to argue. At the end of the day, I paid $104.86 for my 48 dollar hotel room, so I'm not particularly satisfied at all.

I booked a room there on hotels.com and was lex believe it would be just under $100 for two nights. I get to the property and am told it would be $140. Not a great start. I showered the first morning I was there, and when I got back that night, my used towels were gone with no replacements left. The floors felt dirty, loud music was played well past midnight, and the towels and sheets were stained. Will not be staying here again.

We checked in and had me pay for the rooms again even though I said I prepaid for them. They said the prices were listed wrong. The room was a mess, there was graffiti all over the room and we ended up checking out early and going domewhere else.

I could not even stay the night… I had been driving for 8 hours I had to be switch from one room to next due to a toilet issue then the next room the water kept dripping in the bathroom the tub was dirty the linen was all stained up it was very annoying, the door barely could close so I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe definitely don’t recommend.

Upon arrival the man said they didn't honor online reservations! After arguing with the slumlord he said his prices are twice that and we could stay only if I pd the difference! The property was obviously damaged & uncared for. We witnessed Ppl changing in parking lot & sleeping in their cars. Groups of ppl sitting around the dumpsters with help signs. The microwave threw sparks when we tried to used it. Had to get it exchanged. Asked where the coffee pot was he stated they don't want them in rooms nor do they offer any on site. The freezer section of refrigerator was frozen solid & the inside door had tape across to keep your items from falling out. It also made an annoyingly loud buzzing noise when it kicked on. We were given 1 set of towels for 2 big grown adults & when asked for more, they refused until we gave them the other set! Which wasn't used yet but we later noticed had hard boogers & pink denture adhesive dried on them. So we handed them over & was brought the SAME 1 SET of dirty towels back! But they were warm, as to appear freshly washed. Killed a roach crawling on nightstand. Cigarette butts under chair & a/c unit. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! This hotel was the epidemy of a crack hotel! Never again & thank God our stay there is over!

When we went to check in the hotel told my guys that the rate had changed from where it was booked on Hotels.com. They said we could pay them $23 more to stay or get with Hotels.com about getting our funds returned. Seeing as my guys were already there and we really had little to no choice we paid the extra funds for the room.

When we got there the guy at check in informed us that we had to pay an extra. I told him we had already paid online. He told me again we had to pay extra because the price online was not correct. I finally just paid it and we went to our room. We had to push the door open with a shoulder. Then when inside the door wouldn't latch. Then we were sticking to the carpet when we tried to walk. The air was broken and didn't have any knobs. The beds were disgusting. There was blood and dirt all over them. We were honestly scared to sit down, let alone stay there. It is misrepresented in the pictures for sure! They refuse to give my money back still days later. The guy I talked to at the hotel yesterday informed me it was my fault that I checked in and decided not to stay there. Real professional! Worst experience through Expedia and the Oyo website . I will never use either one again. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in and they refuse a refund. I turned them in to the BBB and I'm still trying to get my money back a week later.

I made the reservation online and paid for 2 nights, total $ 100. When checking in, I was told that I had to pay additional $ 47. When I aked why, I was told it was the management policy. I was told that I could request a full refund, but I was unable to communicate wit the CS Department.Since it was already late, pat 10 pm, and I was tired and not in a mood to look for another hotel. I asked if I stayed 1 night, would I ger refunded for the second night. No, I would get no refund, which would have ment the room would have cost $100. This property should be closed down until complete renovation. I did not stay at this property I couldn’t when I pulled up to the hotel. There was a run down, broken down car in the parking lot people hanging out, side there room. It looked like there was absolutely no tourist in the motel it was just homeless people thugs, and more than likely people hiding from the law.

I showed up for a reservation on Aug. 4, 2023 for a 2 night stay. I was informed by the front desk that they did not “honor” online reservations and that my reservation could not be accepted. Traveled 7 hours, to be denied. I WAS THEN CHARGED A NO SHOW FEE the next day. Hotels.com and OYO stated the reason that I would not receive my $110 back is because I did not physically show up to the hotel. I called the hotel, and with consent have video proof of the front desk stating I did show up. Hotels.com should be absolutely ashamed. Couldn’t escalate my call, no refund and I will never book through them again. Please listen to this online review and do not stay here.

Went to check in and was told I couldn’t because there was a balance owed claiming the room to be $70 versus what I paid through hotels and just told me to request a refund. When hotels.com rep tried to contact phone lines didn’t work and when this issue was brought up to supposed manager he rolled his eyes and told me to tell Agent to just keep trying however me nor agent was ever able to get through the phone lines. On top of that the lobby was dark and dirty and it was only about 3:30 pm when I reached the hotel.
