I love the girl at the services desk super nice, very friendly, make you feel very welcome. I love immediately you get in smell so clean the lobby and the room it was very clean
Vanessa at the front desk was very knowledgeable,friendly,and professional. Shon the cleaning lady did an outstanding job!! The room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again, nice location!
The front desk staff was superb….we had to check out later than 11:00 and they had no problem extending our checkout time to 1:00…..very clean rooms…..the only complaint is the beds are really high and hard to get in for those of us that are vertically challenged!
We had the best breakfast, the food was excellent! Also, the breakfast attendant Pamela was outstanding!! We feel that she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a great breakfast and she was very friendly!! Pamela is a very dedicated employee and she made us feel very welcome! This is our first time to visit Alabama. The Holiday Inn Express was very clean everywhere!! The room was spotless and the King size bed was sooo comfortable!! We were also very impressed with the Manager Casey. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! We definitely will stay here again!!

Polite, helpful staff Clean rooms, parking close to hotel room
The hotel front desk person was rude at check in. I called the next morning to see what time breakfast was. The clerk said “it’s printed on the key sleeve” and it’s 7-10am. I said well I don’t have the sleeve. She repeated her self and I just said okay. In the time she took to tell me about the sleeve, she could have just said 7-10am and been done.
I was disappointed in my stay this time. In our bathroom shower. We had standing water while showering. Evidently there’s some issue with the water draining.
The employee that checked me in was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful with answering my questions, offering best places to have food delivered from, etc.
