Staff wasn’t as helpful as i would’ve liked. I let them know the wifi wasn’t working on the TV and was told it was happening before i came and that was the end of the conversation. The hotel water pressure wasn’t even strong enough to shower or wash properly.. The hotel isn’t worth the prices because of the issues I had. But it is nice get away to a certain extent!

The staff was absolutely excellent and was the highlight of our stay! Thank you to everyone for being so kind especially the front desk. Hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The bistro has suprisingly good food. The common areas are nice clean and comfortable. The rooms are also clean . My room was on the 2nd floor. There was a construction going on. Very loud and very disturbing . The constant banging and the noise from the vacoom was horrible. That floor should of been closed off for visitors. Also the netflix connection was very slow. Other than that it was all good.

Property was under remodeling. This should be advertised when you are looking to possibly book. They did not have rooms ready for 3pm check in. Myself and at least 5 other guests arrived between 3pm and 3:30 pm. The lady that was checking me in did not communicate well. She started our check in then excused herself and did not come back for 15 minutes. Left us all there standing, waiting and wondering what to expect. They did not advise of a parking charge when I checked in nor did I see it on the website when I booked it, and the auto check out sent me a receipt for parking. Granted it was only $7.00 per day for 2 days, but that is not the point. Poor communication. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location. Easy access to downtown Columbus via the beautiful pedestrian walking bridge or shoot right over the bridge in the car. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Hotel is super clean and comfortable

It's Always Possible!
We had a great stay. There was some remodeling going on, but the staff and contractors really worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruptions and distractions.

The location is great. Parking is easy. The HVAC system in the room was nosiest. Seem to have been a flood on the floor and had a smell.

Great location on the river, along the riverwalk. Columbus GA just across the walking bridge. Nice hotel, updated, comfortable. Nice outdoor space / pool area. Bar onsite, could be open a little later til like 11pm or so instead of 10pm. Didn't eat there but is also a small bistro onsite, so no free breakfast. Water pressure not great and a/c unit noisy in our room. Also parking is extra to park in the hotel lot...usual if have to park in a parking garage, not so much for the hotel parking lot. I would stay here again.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel in general is beautiful and the lobby smells wonderful! There is a pedestrian bridge into Columbus where you can find multiple restaurants. Rooms are spaciuos but there was a small amount mold in the shower. Beds were very comfy. The a/c does seem to struggle to keep room cool. The highs were in the 70's and we had the thermostat on 65...room never got chilly (we are cold air sleepers). We have stayed in multiple locations around the Columbus area. This is the only one we would revisit!! .

Peacefully Perfect!
A one night stay there is enough to have me book ONLY with Courtyard by Marriott from this day forward! I am the owner/operator of a cleaning business for over 23 years and this was the best kept, tastefully decorated, easy to use and unbelievably clean room I have ever stayed in. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the river walk view and rapids were so beautiful. I love to hear rushing waters…..book here you will not regret it at all.

Upon check in the there was no one at front desk to check us in. We waited for 35 mins for someone to open the lobby door so we can get check in. I was calling and got no answer.

Great customer service. Merritt check in was off line and did not allow us to check in upon arrival. However the staff where gracious and accommodating. Nice, clean and quiet room.

Excellent stay. What a great hotel. Parking convenient close to rooms. Easy quick check-in. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast included that was homemade. Breakfast egg wraps, pancakes, cinnamon rools, real eggs, not your usual incuded hotel breakfast. The property looked new. Everything up to date and modern. Beds comfortable. Incredible view overlooking the mountains. Stayed here and commuted to Callaway Gardens and Wild Animal Safari. Definitely recommend.
